Some skirting arrived damaged, one with edging eve cut to both edges of the board! Misleading images, very sad and will only offer 50% refund

The order arrived but while that dado rail was as expected the panel moulding was very rough with 2 of the lengths damaged and unusable. I accepted a partial refund however the amount of work required to resolve the issues with the moulding outweighed the refund amount
”

Disappointed in only 50% refund. All skirting is cut to order which is crazy considering how long it takes for ordered to be delivered. Usually a timber merchant has lengths shelved and picked ready for delivery. Dissapointed they couldn’t deliver the new skirting I ordered, when they travelled all the way up to Wigan to collect the wrong profile.

Skirting block plinths are vastly overpriced.
Packaging woefully insufficient - damaged plinths.
Delivery delayed and dumped at door without any notification
Email/Telephone about wrong items and damage - not entertained. Only offering 50% refund.
Never using this company again. Id recommend you dont either.

I would not use this company, there customer service is shocking. After returning faulty products, I was only given a 50% refund, I find this disgusting if that's how they run there business it's wrong. Robbing good people of there money. I'm so angry that I ever used this company never again.
