Skirting block plinths are vastly overpriced.
Packaging woefully insufficient - damaged plinths.
Delivery delayed and dumped at door without any notification
Email/Telephone about wrong items and damage - not entertained. Only offering 50% refund.
Never using this company again. Id recommend you dont either.

I would not use this company, there customer service is shocking. After returning faulty products, I was only given a 50% refund, I find this disgusting if that's how they run there business it's wrong. Robbing good people of there money. I'm so angry that I ever used this company never again.

They only gave us a 50% refund despite us explaining our difficult financial situation to them, the fact I am currently heavily pregnant and we had been scammed out of thousands by a scam trader and they said they would try to reuse them on another order because it’s a popular size.

After speaking to customer service it was agreed I would accept and would get a refund of half the cost, as yet I’ve still not received refund so asking for a review I feel is a little premature.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience because the timber was unusable due to knots having fallen out leaving holes and the machine planing was faulty in several places.
The good experience is I took photos and emailed them and made an imediate follow up phone call and received a refund

I paid for primed skirting. Half the order was damaged and not primed. After 5 coats of gloss, I am still able to see the mdf.
Skirting world offered to replace the two damaged and unprimed pieces which was too late as it was already fitted to the wall. They then offered a refund for the cost the two unprimed pieces, which I’ve accepted but it really doesn’t cover the effort I have put in.
