Unfortunately I had a poor experience because the timber was unusable due to knots having fallen out leaving holes and the machine planing was faulty in several places.
The good experience is I took photos and emailed them and made an imediate follow up phone call and received a refund

I paid for primed skirting. Half the order was damaged and not primed. After 5 coats of gloss, I am still able to see the mdf.
Skirting world offered to replace the two damaged and unprimed pieces which was too late as it was already fitted to the wall. They then offered a refund for the cost the two unprimed pieces, which I’ve accepted but it really doesn’t cover the effort I have put in.

They delivered 2 bosrds of MDF skirting. The skirting was not covering in anything and left outside in the rain on a day when we had a months rain in a day. UNREAL service, UNREAL packaging (none) I Have never experienced anythign like it.
The MDFis soaked through and total warped and unusable.
Please redeliver or refund!

Happy with product but feel I was over chargded on the fast delivery. Paid over £50 we ordered saturday & didnt arrive until thursday. Feel there was no need to pay the extra. Your website says 2 working days.
I brought this up with the customer services and they said the website was wrong but offered no refund only a credit on my next purchase.
