Was informed of delivery date 7 days after order. Told need to be in to sign. Did not turn up! And no tracking information. Called and emailed, no reply. Arrived the next day and half the order was missing. Had to call on the Monday, no explanation for non delivery or why half was missing, refund for missing items was offered. Not much good to me. Went elsewhere for the panelling. Won’t use again…

The skirting I chose was nice and the carpenter did a good job, but disappointed with the overall service and believe should get a refund for all the damaged pieces.

We never received our order which was supposed to be posed in June. My husband phoned several times and was told someone would get back to him on each occasion and no one ever did. He phoned today to ask for a refund and I still haven’t received an email to confirm a refund has been processed. Very disappointed with the company and the customer service.

Their initial response was simply that they couldn't refund a delivery charge because "the item has already been delivered," and they have since completely refused to take accountability for their misleading checkout display.

The product arrived not as described. I have since spent 6 days back and forth over email trying to get a return and refund sorted. Nothing has been done. As of tomorrow it will be one full week since requesting a refund and return. This company is one of the single worst I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service and I could not recommend them less.
