The product arrived not as described. I have since spent 6 days back and forth over email trying to get a return and refund sorted. Nothing has been done. As of tomorrow it will be one full week since requesting a refund and return. This company is one of the single worst I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service and I could not recommend them less.

The order arrived but while that dado rail was as expected the panel moulding was very rough with 2 of the lengths damaged and unusable. I accepted a partial refund however the amount of work required to resolve the issues with the moulding outweighed the refund amount
