“Product was really good. When delivered thankfully I checked my order which was wrong. Lucky for me the van driver was in the van but had not left. I informed him what he delivered was not mine. He informed me I would have to phone the office in the morning. I asked him to check the van. I found my order lucky me.”

“Item ordered was well made. However the packaging, whilst eco-friendly, left a lot to be desired. Due to not being home (appointment could not be changed as notified too late of delivery window) the items were left on the doorstep leaning against the front door - a note had been put on door to ask to try neighbours, but obviously ignored as I knew a couple of them would have taken it in. A bit of cling film at either end was not sufficient, and one was actually holding on by two threads (literally). Maybe relook at packaging, and delivery service. A little damaged, however it was needed and we managed to leave the damaged piece Having said that we would probably buy again”

“Order process very straight forward and easy to follow. Had a slight issue with delivery despite giving clear instructions on how to find address. Driver seemed/sounded stressed so I guided him to help him find us. When he arrived 5mins later he was quite moody and miserable.”
