“Great product, price and service however to qualify for free delivery I had to wait nearly 3 weeks. Maybe that should have been highlighted before the order was placed.”

“It started badly as I had to chase my architrave samples, which had not arrived within the 3-6 day period promised on the website. However, once I had emailed, Connor responded very promptly to explain the problem and I received samples in skirting-board form very promptly. Once I had placed an order, everything happened very efficiently – including keeping me well informed with delivery details.”

“Quality of product and delivery all good. Just need to make it clearer about how your quantify the skirtings when ordering on line. It just needs to make it clear is it per linear metre or is per number of lengths of skirting at the specified lengths available. I had to speak to one of your sales staff to resolve as the on line chat service couldn't answer the question.”
