“Window board arrived promptly and in good condition. Just one star dropped because I received no reply to my request for a quote for a custom size. In the end I gave up waiting and ordered a standard size which we cut down to fit. Seems to be good quality and value.”

“Boards arrived at the time I was informed of. Good delivery service. My only complaint is that the website does not show an image of the product in different heights. This made me think I had been delivered the wrong product. It took me a while to understand the website image v what I had received. I had ordered a taller vesion. The website has text to advise that the machined profile will not change in size. I don't think it's unreasonable for an internet only business to show an image of how the different sizes look. Even better if they actually did increase the profile size to match the taller board. Having said all that, I am happy to keep my purchase and it is looking good in the room.”

“Good quality product, fast delivery. However can't give 5 stars unfortunantley as the delivery driver was pretty unhelpful, refused to bring the delivery into the house as said he would be liable if it was damaged, even though i had offered to help, and it would have been pretty easy with 2 people. He left it on the street and drove off. Without anyone else home I then had to carry them in as best i could, they were extremely heavy and i did struggle and end up dropping them and damaging them so not ideal.”

“I ordered 1 x 3m and 2 x 1.5m window sills for a reason, ended up with 2 x 3m, I know it amounts to the same but it caused me extra work, I didn’t need”

“Good range of competitively priced products. I ordered a 3m length of the Mini Ovolo primed skirting which was delivered within the stated time. The only slight issue was it had a fair sized hole three quarters of the way along the length. Fortunately, we were able to work around this, as it wasn't a straight run we needed it for, but not so good if not.”
