“The actual product is great and what we wanted. The delivery however was awful. They delivered to the wrong house streets away and left it in their garden in the rain. We only found out where it was hours later when they came to our house to let us know.”

“First order of samples never arrived but I followed up after 10 days and they said they would dispatch the following day. Arrived 2 days later. Great turnaround. Thank you”

“Goods were of high quality however not happy with delivery. We were told delivery would be between 8am and 10am, however goods arrived at 6am and left outside the house in the rain. They did wrap items in bubble wrap. No one in house was up at that time and although I did receive a text / whatsapp message, I didnt read this until I got up at 7.45am. Despite the close proximity to a public path, luckily no one took these from my property.”

“Nothing wrong with the window board except damage done by delivery person who just dumped and left no knocking on door. It’s a good job it needs cutting down or the damage would show.”

“Other than a slight change/delay in delivery. It was all spot on service and skirting ordered no issues at all. Good delivery service on the day too, notifications and poilte and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Brilliant skirting boards, nice finish, no issues, no damages in delivery would recommend 100%! The only downfall is standard delivery states 3-5 business days, I ordered on Saturday 21st September, and they didn’t come until the Monday 30th September. The company advised, as I had ordered on a weekend my 1st day wasn’t counted until the Monday. It wasn’t ideal as I was off of work that week and wanted to get my decorating done, and if I had known i would’ve more than likely shopped elsewhere, however they came nonetheless, and I can’t complain about the product itself. And now I know I would use them again but factor in the shipping :)”

“Good selection of samples, took a while to turn up, longer than expected & minimal tracking but were good quality & helpful to enabled us to see what each looked like next to each other & in location. All were only 120mm high but i just added a piece of undercoated timber to judge what the height would look like in the rooms we needed it for. Allowed me to order architrave but they were not included, probably because they were the same detail as the skirting but no note to say that.”

“Delivery fine. But I found the ordering confusing. I thought I had ordered wood skirting in 3 three metre lengths of one size but got 3 four metre lengths. Which is more than needed. Also there were three 2 to 3 cm knot holes in one length. In fact the 4 metre lengths are better for the application but it appeared wood skirting is only in 3 metre lengths.”
