“Good selection of products. Prices are comparable to competitors. Slight manufacturing issue with one of the rebated boards however my fitter was able to rectify this.”

“Slight dent at the end of a section of skirting but it wasn’t a problem for me so didn’t flag it. Other than that the product is good quality, price is much fairer than the big DIY stores and saved me a job priming it. Delivery was quick and was kept informed throughout but the 2 hr window did change to an earlier slot. For some that might be a bonus but for those planning their day around that window it wasn’t ideal, but we managed. Would definitely buy from these again.”

“The skirting arrived in good condition and I'm very happy with it. However the delivery slot was after 8.30am and the driver turned up at 8am and there was no one there to accept it. Luckily it was dry, as it was left outside.”

“Products arrived very quickly but unfortunately the finish wasn't the expected standard. Contacted customer services who were extremely apologetic and offered a partial refund which rectified the situation. Would use again!”

“Some late replies to messages and missing samples, but good delivery and convenient pricing. The skirting I chose ( Elizabethan MDF Skirting Board ) had a bit of a design and can be rough in that area, but appreciate the option to have it primed and undercoated straight up from factory.”

“Bit of confusion with original delivery as van broke down and I received email but didn't see it so rang up, very helpful and apologetic. Frustrating as stayed in all day for original delivery, re-delivery was tight as I was going out and the delivery route was such that I should get it - received just as I was going out so that worked. The delivery looks good although haven't fitted yet as still painting room.”

“Item as described and great quality. The only issue causing me to not give 5 stars was the delivery driver. Item was left thrown on the floor downstairs, told me that I would need to take it up as it didn’t fit in the lift. Unfortunately he did not think it was good customer service to deliver to my door as others would have done. Pure laziness in my view.”

“Hi I like your products. Made several orders during house refurbishment. But...last delivery was not a great experience. Your courier rang the bell and left. When I open the door my skirting were on the pavement and no sign of the courier. He didn't even wait for someone to open the door and check if someone is at home to receive the goods. Luckily I was at home but what if I wasn't? Skirting would be blocking the pavement and probably get damaged.or stollen. It took less than a minute to get to the door and no one was there. Just my order chucked on the pavement. So just to summarise. Great products but delivery service unacceptable. Very disappointing.”

“The products are excellent, prompt delivery service. Only down side was delivery was too prompt. Emailed the night before and expected to be home to receive without adequate notice. Had to take a sicky”
