“I accidentally ordered wrong thing but didn’t attempt to send back although it would have been easy as their terms were very clear. Ordered, delivered and no issues at all. Very positive experience despite my mistake!”

“My order was delivered by a very friendly employee of Skirting World in Birmingham who was, by the sound of it, delivering all over Devon and Cornwall on the day. The product is good value and good quality and was undamaged. I will be ordering more in the future. I gave 4 stars because there was a delay of several days between placing the order and confirmation of the delivery date. I can understand why this was but if I was in a hurry this might be unacceptable. I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't matter. With this proviso I would definately recommend Skirting World. Good job.”

“Things go wrong. How you resolve it is a true measure of the value of your standards. In this instance a low level order was delivered with half of it missing. It hadn’t been loaded on the van. After a few phone calls it was established that it would be sent. Having already waited a week for the delivery to be told it would be another week until delivered just wasn’t good enough. I explained that the customer had carpet going down on Thursday (3 days later) and I need an hour to get the missing lengths on. The missing items arrived at 6:30am on Thursday. The skirting went on. And all was good. I can’t give 5 stars because it still cost me £200 in the labour I had to pay out for an incomplete job due to the items not being there when they should have been. But all in all it got resolved.”

“Purchased two different lengths of window board. Ordering process, customer service and delivery good. However the two pieces varied in depth (200mm) by 4mm so awkward with mitred corner.”

“Generally good to deal with and skirting is if good quality and reasonable delivery times. Just a note that Paris cover board size should be reviewed ( I sent a email to skirting world but got no response). As this is designed to sit on top of existing skirting the cover board overall is then too high to be useable. Consider reducing the height and route out more of the cover board nearer the decal so it is then in proportion. Look at my email and pictures I sent. Or contact me separately and I can explain and send my mail and pictures again.”

“Great product, if a little pricey - terrible delivery, was told 2pm-4pm it was a building site so we went home at 4.30 - Delivery turned up at 6.30pm - one of my men had to wait for it - not happy”

“Used this product before on a full room.it is brilliant to slove certain problems.l ordered 1 x4.2mtr length it is still brilliant delivery on time but l expected white undercoat.it came all scuffed up that's the only little niggle. I hate painting.”
