“Great to find the skirting size and finish I wanted, easily findable on the website. All good and delivered on time. I’m disappointed with the primed paint finish. Not smooth at all. Luckily, skirting board is at floor level so I can fix and forget!”

“Quite simple to order from the company and my delivery was in very good time. I'm not gonna lie I am not a builder or a decorator as I was purchasing for the trade to do the work for me. I did request for the skirting to be primered as well as undercoated but on the question box it doesn't mention that, only mentions one or the other a little confusing. Also noticed that the skirting boards have been sprayed but on the rear they weren't completely covered a problem, I'm not sure. Other than that they looked in good condition.”

“Good quality and they arrived in perfect condition (no scratches, not bended, etc). The only thing I would say is that they were primed with a roller sleeve that left too much texture, I had to do a lot of sanding before painting. Also, I ordered two and one of them was not primed on the back and at the bottom. And the bottom is quite important to protect it from the water when the floor is washed.”

“The service quick and good as was the product. The only disappointing thing to note was that having opted for the primer/undercoat option, it was not a good all over coverage with some areas not sprayed at all which resulted in me having to finish the job by hand.”

“Couldn’t fault the communication, told when being delivered, emailed and texted to let me know when it was being delivered and was delivered on time. Only thing I would say is the finish is a little bit rough, had it undercoated and I will probably have to rub it down and give it another undercoat before glossing. So defeated the object really of having it undercoated in the first place. But definitely can’t fault the service and delivery thank you”

“Good service, condition and quick. Delivery was quick but was a bit miffed that it turned up 2 and a half hours before the time slot after arranging someone to sign for it. They hadn't arrived and it was left on the drive. Luckily there was no damage so it did the job perfectly.”

“The boards were great, no bows or bends considering they were 4m cuts. Only thing that let it down was the delivery. Driver turned up and put them on the floor right next to my car oppose to knocking on the door to let me know he was here.”

“Quality ok skirting is excellent, however, one piece had a series of grooves in it probably caused during machining. Got in touch and customer service were also excellent and promised to send a replacement. So why a 4 star rating? Well, received tracking day before telling me that skirting would be delivered between 7.45 and 9.45 am. Delivery location is not occupied (hence the skirting) and 75mins drive away. Checked night before and got ready to leave at 6.15am. Woke up at 5.30 to text telling me that delivery would now be at 6.45. Got up and out and drove to property. At 6.30 while about 15minutes away got text to say delivery at property. Tried to use reply but text system clearly not set up as message would not deliver. Unlike original delivery no attempt to phone me. Probably because it was do early. Arrived to find skirting on ground outside door. No note or anything. So my question is how, having checked at 11.00pm the night before am I supposed to know that delivery’ was advanced by over an hour at a time when construction is not supposed to start until 8.00 am. Need to stick to delivery times previously promised and not at such an ungodly time as 6.30am. Will be ordering more but need to have a conversation about what is an acceptable delivery time and why you can’t just change it without a reasonable notice period.”
