Hi I like your products. Made several orders during house refurbishment. But...last delivery was not a great experience. Your courier rang the bell and left. When I open the door my skirting were on the pavement and no sign of the courier. He didn't even wait for someone to open the door and check if someone is at home to receive the goods. Luckily I was at home but what if I wasn't? Skirting would be blocking the pavement and probably get damaged.or stollen. It took less than a minute to get to the door and no one was there. Just my order chucked on the pavement. So just to summarise. Great products but delivery service unacceptable. Very disappointing.
