It started badly as I had to chase my architrave samples, which had not arrived within the 3-6 day period promised on the website. However, once I had emailed, Connor responded very promptly to explain the problem and I received samples in skirting-board form very promptly. Once I had placed an order, everything happened very efficiently – including keeping me well informed with delivery details.
