Item ordered was well made. However the packaging, whilst eco-friendly, left a lot to be desired. Due to not being home (appointment could not be changed as notified too late of delivery window) the items were left on the doorstep leaning against the front door - a note had been put on door to ask to try neighbours, but obviously ignored as I knew a couple of them would have taken it in. A bit of cling film at either end was not sufficient, and one was actually holding on by two threads (literally). Maybe relook at packaging, and delivery service. A little damaged, however it was needed and we managed to leave the damaged piece Having said that we would probably buy again
