Purchased several oak doors for all rooms in the house which I was completely refurbishing room by room. Unfortunately the door to the final room was damaged when I unwrapped it. By now however it had been about 4 months since delivery and so the company refused to replace it so I had to purchase another. They did hold price and didn’t charge delivery to be fair.
