“Skirting world website is easy to use. I placed a large order. All arrived in good condition, delivery driver was very friendly. You need to be organised on delivery day to ensure you can count and chk of order. We only had one small error which they rectified with speed. Easy to call through and arrange. As most deliveries your responsible in checking off and looking at condition, hence you need help to check when delivery guy unloads on drive. He had more than enough time for us, being a large order, and made a note on his tablet about the small error. I would definatly use them again and reccomend them.”

“Was really disappointed with this company. Placed my initial order on 5th June but hadn't ordered enough MDF. Went to place another order only 2 weeks later and the price had more than doubled! Think an email warning customers of such dramatic price increases should have been sent out. Asked them if they would honour the price from my initial order and was told no. I was then told I could have the item delivered within 3 days for a small charge. When they read out my total it seemed very high, asked him to confirm the delivery charge and it was £45!! I dont know anyone who would class that as a small charge. I changed back to free delivery which arrived in 3 working days and the delivery driver was pleasant. Although my initial text told me the driver would arrive early am so I took the morning off work, when he didn't show up I went on to the email tracking and the time changed til afternoon so then had to take that off aswell”

“The skirting boards are lovely, however, the upselling of mitre cutters too small to cut the skirting boards are disappointing. Only discovered after opening the pack, so I guess non returnable. Just a waste.”

“Third time using these guys, easy website, good value, delivery when they say it will be (3-4 days each time for us) and good coms throughout. They even waited until a few weeks post order to ask for a review so we can judge the whole thing (just realising untrustworthy suppliers ask for reviews straight away begore problems can materialise). If only the rest of our renovation orders were as smooth!”

“I needed a 3 metre length of extra wide window board for the windows in my 300mm wide bungalow cavity walls and Skirting World had the correct product at a good price. I ordered it online and it was delivered by a very helpful driver couple of days later. It is now installed and I am pleased with the result.”
