“Have used Skirting World once before and was happy. It started well for my second order, as they happily delayed my order's delivery date... to fit in with my plans. Unfortunately, the courier then delivered my order the day BEFORE the revised date on which the order was due. Fortunately, it wasn't raining (LOL) and we were at home to receive it. I didn't *check all the items individually - on arrival - as they were wrapped in bundles (*so my fault!) and on separating them, several days later, was disappointed to find one length of skirting damaged in three places. Fortunately, I've been able to avoid the damaged areas due to the various lengths of skirting required for the room.”

“So much for the three words to direct the delivery to the house. Called at two different properties before arriving at the correct location. Original time of delivery given was 9.03 - 11.03 No text update to say the delivery was miles away. The tracker pushed the time out, and finally arrived after 2,00 pm A whole morning off work to wait for a delivery. When they eventually arrived we asked for them to be delivered to the room where they were to be utilised. We were told it that Company policy prevented the deliverer to enter the house. Single person deliverer, needed our help to carry them out of the van, and we had to carry them into the house. Not what you expect when you pay / get charged £108.00 for delivery If the delivery had been within the scheduled window and if we had been alerted that it would be 5 hours plus later, and that two people had to be on hand to receive the skirting, we would have challenged the delivery charge. As for the 52m of skirting, they are still in their wrappers waiting for the carpenter to start installing on Monday.”

“I needed skirting boards and bonding agent for a project is was starting. Skirting World had the right materials; the right advice and a delivery service which was superb. Owen, the driver was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. “Great products and variety. Great quality products. I’ve ordered multiple window boards, skirting, architraves, and bespoke mdf cuts that all have been great quality for a very good price. Only disappointment is that after a delivery query, and a couple of emails, I’ve still had no reply.”

“I ordered 32m of skirting board, on arrival three pieces wee damaged. I contacted via what’s app, phone (no one answered) and eventually I got a response by email. Three more boards were delivered and one of them was damaged again! The skirting I chose was nice and the carpenter did a good job, but disappointed with the overall service and believe should get a refund for all the damaged pieces. Especially as the 2nd lot were not much better!”
