“Products are good. Delivery systems were hit and miss. Our order was ‘delivered’ but most of it was missing. We called up and there was no apology or acceptance that they should have messaged to say it wasn’t coming as per original email. On final receipt of the remainder , the original delivery labels were on the skirting saying it should have been delivered on the original date so was just ‘missed’. 10 x 4.2m lengths I would think shouldn’t be easily missed . Disappointing since the products are worth using .”

“Good quality, good choice of Dado and beading, delivered within the week, delivery driver happy and helpfull - even at 07:46 delivery time. My only(small) complaint is paying by Pay Pal - both times- on payment it goes through the process then on "pay now" seems to get stuck. I tried three/ four times, eventually typing in my card details and hitting enter, which then processes my payment. This happened on both purchases. Other than that happy with purchasde from start to finish, albeit just need to cut and fit all the beading now !”

“Product very good. Unfortunately it was slightly different to our existing skirting board so I needed to order extra. I emailed to ask if it was possible to collect as we only live about 20 minutes away. No reply ever received so I just reordered abd had to pay ÂŁ25 delivery as second order didn't meet threshold so turned out expensive”
