“Awful service, never received product and charged for it. Product due to arrive Thursday 06.45. Hadn’t heard anything by midday. Told it was delayed until 21-22 that evening. Still didn’t arrive. Have sent multiple emails and called several times since with no response. Having to go through credit card company now and raise a dispute as still had no contact with the company.”

“Bought two door frames, one via B&Q (Refunded on this one). Neither of them any good. Put it down as a loss as never got a refund from the one bought from Skirting World. Door frame faults. B&Q Split wood: head unit different thickness along it's length, Looks like previously used, Frame doesn't align with head unit. 1/4 inch difference Skirting World: Chunk of wood missing from head unit, chips down the edge of both frames and head unit. Got refunf from one purchased from B&Q, but not the one purchesed direct from Skirting World”
