“Ordereda bullnose MDF window cill ( or sill)! Painted including undercoat. Firstly delivery. Was kept informed, but item delivered at 6 a.m. and just left in full view of the street propped up inside out iron railings gate. Clearly the deliverer could not be bothered to opennthe gate, walk 10 yardsand leave it by the front door. It was supposed to be signed for. That didn't happen, Packaging consisted of a few wraps of polythene around one end to enclose the address label. The rest was bare. The product. Not exactly a smooth finish. The bullnose is veryrough. Lots ofsanding will be required.”
