“Had to chase 3-4 times to get a quote, once order placed had to chase again twice to get a delivery date, one particular day there was an automated message on the incmming telephone number saying number was unavaiable which was quite worrying as goods had already been paid for by that stage, but finally confirmed when they would delivery to which they kept thier word and did so. slighty avarage level of service now from what they were years ago, seemed to have gone down hill.”
