“I'd never used Skirting World before or purchased this type of thing via the internet so I was a little apprehensive! My first thought was to see if it was possible to collect the material in person thus avoiding any potential foul ups on my part when ordering! I needn't have worried! The whole transaction from material selection through to order and delivery couldn't have been easier!”

“Skirting World looked to have the best choice of skirting board styles & were also one of the only ones to offer 4.2m lengths. The website was easy to use giving a simple set of options to pick from to have your boards made. Delivery was within the timescale stated although our boards were left at the front of our property despite us requesting that they be put in a safe place at the rear of the property. The use of a safe place was confirmed by the company by email but this was not actioned. The boards were a good quality & although some were marked in transit they are to be painted. We would certainly use the company again & would recommend to anyone needing skirting boards.”

“We never received our order which was supposed to be posed in June. My husband phoned several times and was told someone would get back to him on each occasion and no one ever did. He phoned today to ask for a refund and I still haven’t received an email to confirm a refund has been processed. Very disappointed with the company and the customer service.”

“I have bought from Skirting World twice now and I'm happy with the products. It's a shame they don't take returns as a I realised the skirting I bought was too tall and won't fit under some pipes. They state the reason is products being made to order, which is understandable if they don't have room to hold stock while waiting for the same spec to be ordered by someone else.”

“Very poor painting, they were delivered with paint chipped and you could see the white underneath. Replacements were made, however they arrived just as poor as the first ones and didn’t even except delivery. Would never order from them again there is no quality control.”
