“Mouldings are good quality, I paid for primed but areas were not primed correctly. The delivery was appauling, the driver left them at the end of the drive, the mouldings were not covered and open to rain, the driver didn't even ring the doorbell or knock the door and we were in waiting for the delivery. Never use this courier company again.”

“Originally purchased from Skirting World 4 years ago for my Consevatory & Bathroom. Since then, and including my last purchase, I have now replaced all Skirting and Architrave in the house. Would highly recommend Prompt speedy delivery and never had cause to complain. No 1 as far as I am concerned.”

“Delivery was incomplete. Have been assured the remaining part will be delivered 3 times. Yet it's been 3 weeks and still no sign of order turning up. No one seems to be that bothered at Skirting World.”

“Haven’t used the product yet but I’m sure it will be fine. The reason for the low score is due to the very poor communication. I tried to call numerous times on various days to rearrange my delivery for an appropriate time as I would not be in to sign for it and no answer every time. I tried to email also on several occasions with no response. Because of this, my delivery could not be changed, I was not in to collect and it was just dumped in my front garden with no security. Luckily it wasn’t taken as it was left there for 11 hours due to my working hours. Unfortunately this makes it a negative experience for myself, but like I said, I’m sure the product will be good to use.”

“Skirting delivered in great condition, all lovely and easy to work with. I ran out and had to order again, atleast 5 days wait for standard delivery, but it says that when you order. None of the coupons worked. And now when I am trying to order more panelling, the coupons all expired last month, but they were not available last month or did not work, and the ones showing up in may also come up as expired. So I'm not sure what is going on there. Would have been nice to make a saving.”
