“I placed my order on a Tuesday and paid £45+VAT for express delivery(supposed to be 1-2 working days). The item arrived the following Monday with zero communication from Skirting World despite me sending a message via the online account and calling the switchboard several times (every option rang out). Post delivery I sent a message via their WhatsApp option on their website and 1 week later I am still awaiting a response. A very costly and frustrating transaction overall.”

“Sadly my delivery was two length's short, I ordered 18 and 16 turned up. I couldn’t be bothered going back and for with emails so I just paid for two more lengths as it wouldn’t break the bank. Can’t fault the product though.”

“Have had a reasonable price and communications I was very disappointed when I had to chase up my delivery and was told it had already been delivered. I was sent a photo as evidence and thankfully recognised this as a street in our neighborhood. But certainly not a distance that would allow me to carry the materials to my house. When I messaged you back to say it was the wrong location I had no reply whatsoever and so had to try and find my delivery. The skirting boards had been delivered to a very elderly lady who told the delivery person that it wasn't hers but he left it with her anyway which left her upset and worried. Her neighbour saw the correct address on the bundles and found me. I eventually had to move them in my car with the boot fully open. Probably breaking the law doing so. I'll not be ordering from you again despite needing more in the near future for my first floor.”

“Poor end finish. Delivered twice damaged. Bad / no communication from delivery driver. I have had to cancel carpenter three times. Have had meters of various products in the past. Possibly now run by different company. I Wouldn’t not use again. Definitely look elsewhere I don’t recall at all.”
