“Paid a lot for xpress delivery and did not get it. Would not recommend. Your feedback form will not allow me to adjust any of the sliders for pricing, customer service and delivery to show my opinion, which is manipulating the feedback. Shall take this up with the ombudsman”

“Items arrived as advertised, unfortunately one of the boards was damaged and had to be filled as the damage was on the top edge of the skirting board Boards cut well and seem to be of good quality, if poor quality control I could understand it if these were bare boards but I paid extra for them to be primed”

“The delivery driver was two hours late I had to leave the site. To go on holiday. I left my daughter in charge she asked very kindly if the skirting could be placed inside the open door the driver was very rude and declined in an offhand way. As a result I will not be using you again. I ended up phoning around for help to place the skirtings in the building.”
