“I flipping love skirting world. I've used them twice to match woodwork in my victorian terrace and both times delighted with the outcome. Ok costs a bit more than standard/modern profiles but not extortionate, delivery is fine. I think you can pay for next day but mine turned up in around 3 day which was fine. Absolutely reccomend this company without reservation”

“Great experience from start to finish. Ordering online was quick and easy, and the whole process was very clear, with excellent order tracking updates throughout. Although the delivery was kerbside only, the delivery team went above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and understanding of my 80-year-old dad, who lives in a top-floor flat, and kindly helped him carry everything upstairs. Their thoughtfulness and customer service were greatly appreciated. The skirting boards and architrave look exactly like the pictures online and are absolutely stunning. The quality is excellent, and we're delighted with the finished look. Highly recommended!”

“good price and quick delivery. only problem was . paid for undercoat finish, but on all four lengths the undercoat on the top edge was very intermittent, so had to undercoat it anyway .”

“Come across this company online. Ordering process quite simple. Plenty of email correspondence. Product was delivered on the day they stated. Product arrived exactly as I ordered. Driver was friendly. Only negative for me was tracking of driver wasn’t working.”

“The set arrived bound by a couple of pieces of cling film that bent the uprights into a banna shape. On examination the machining was awful, splintered as if a blunt blade was used. The worse thing was that the rebates for the uprights, were not cut square, making the whole thing useless. I have emailed the company with no reply. All I get as customer service is this review page. My advice is to look elsewhere for a quality product. NB. On the "customer Service" and "pricing", "quality", "Value for money", rating it doesn't let me enter only one bar, which is all it deserves at most. It seems that even the review system is a marketing trick now.”

“From start to finish, the entire purchasing and delivery process was seamless. Ordering was quick and straightforward, and I was immediately given an order date and kept fully informed every step of the way. The communication was excellent throughout. The morning before delivery, I was advised of a wide delivery window, which was then narrowed down to a precise two-hour slot the evening before. On the day of delivery, I received an early morning update confirming the delivery time, followed by a helpful 10-minute notification before arrival. The delivery driver arrived exactly on time, greeted me with a cheerful "good morning," and asked where I would like the item placed. He carefully positioned it exactly where I wanted it, all while being friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant. He left with a warm smile and wished me a lovely day. It's rare to experience such outstanding customer service and communication from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends and will certainly use them again in the future.”

“I ordered 5" primed and undercoated skirting. Delivery was great and the driver was very helpful. Bit diapointed with the undercoating as it is a bit orange peely. Some parts were worse than others so either machine set up or spray operator problem. So a little more rubbing down than I wanted, which was what I was hoping to avoid. Hence the 4 star rating rather than 5. Wouldn't stop me from using them again though.”

“I ordered 2 packs of 2 x 4m length skirting board ie 16 metres in total. I received 3 lengths (none at 4m) totalling 11metres. My wife queried with driver who said the rest would be delivered later. I put a complaint to B&Q next day and they said Skirting World would get back to me. Over a week later I have heard nothing. I cannot finish the bedroom. The review boxes below are fixed, they will not allow a review below fair. Con merchants !”

“the skirting board wood is lovely and exactly what I wanted. My delivery was left outside , I had a massage to say it had been delivered, had to go and find it. I did not sign for it or even see the delivery person. I had to struggle to get it to and through my front door. If I hadn't it was in a place where it would have easily been taken by someone else. I was expecting to need to signn for this delivery. As I said I didnt even see the delivery person.”
