“Supposed to be 6-9days delivery. From order date it was 10days before they even made up the order and 12days before delivered. And only 25miles away. Then advised driver issue so would be late. Tracker didn't do anything. Then delivery happened on time 1pm! Very disorganised. However, driver was nice & friendly and the skirting looked good. Now installed and painted.”

“Fantastic driver. Sadly found out the next day in true light it was damaged. Sadly item was delivered after 7 o’clock at night so couldn’t see it clearly. But besides that I would recommend the company”

“Customer service great as I couldn’t have my delivery on the original date. Item came as ordered. No damage. Delivery driver was excellent. My only grumble was the tracking as the time for the delivery kept changing. I had someone waiting in the property as I had to go out and it was delivered after I returned. I know due to traffic it can change but it was constantly changing. Overall I am very happy with my product and service I received and the items I ordered.”

“Awful service, never received product and charged for it. Product due to arrive Thursday 06.45. Hadn’t heard anything by midday. Told it was delayed until 21-22 that evening. Still didn’t arrive. Have sent multiple emails and called several times since with no response. Having to go through credit card company now and raise a dispute as still had no contact with the company.”
