“This is my third time ordering from Skirting World and to be honest, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The products are great with an excellent selection. They are good value with lots of options and the delivery is amazing. Our delivery driver was off sick, unknown to us, so his supervisor came round and delivered our skirting board on Sunday evening, to ensure we had it for Monday. Now that is customer service. Never caught the drivers name, but from start to finish, this company nails it!”

“This is the 3rd time we’ve purchased from skirting world. The purchase was easy from start to finish. I was kept informed with the order from the initial purchase to the items being made and shipped. The delivery was excellent I was hoping it would arrive in the morning and it was. In fact it was delivered at 7am , I don’t think they knocked. I looked at the tracking when I got up and it said it had been delivered they left it in a good place”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered the Antique 2 skirting boards and matching architrave for my home renovation, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. Every length was perfectly straight, beautifully machined, and the primer finish was superb, making installation much easier. The service was first class too—fast delivery, well packaged, and everything arrived in perfect condition. It’s rare these days to receive a product that’s exactly as described and manufactured to such a high standard. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be ordering from Skirting World again.”

“I'd never used Skirting World before or purchased this type of thing via the internet so I was a little apprehensive! My first thought was to see if it was possible to collect the material in person thus avoiding any potential foul ups on my part when ordering! I needn't have worried! “Skirting World looked to have the best choice of skirting board styles & were also one of the only ones to offer 4.2m lengths. The website was easy to use giving a simple set of options to pick from to have your boards made. Delivery was within the timescale stated although our boards were left at the front of our property despite us requesting that they be put in a safe place at the rear of the property. The use of a safe place was confirmed by the company by email but this was not actioned. The boards were a good quality & although some were marked in transit they are to be painted. We would certainly use the company again & would recommend to anyone needing skirting boards.”

“We never received our order which was supposed to be posed in June. My husband phoned several times and was told someone would get back to him on each occasion and no one ever did. He phoned today to ask for a refund and I still haven’t received an email to confirm a refund has been processed. Very disappointed with the company and the customer service.”
