“I needed architrave urgently for a repair so ordered it. To make the delivery cost worthwhile I added some skirting for a job I intended to do next year. The architrave did not arrive. I had to call and cancel that as I needed it that week, and the carpenter ended up using skirting to cut down. Very disappointing - quality not being right is one thing, failing to deliver an order is unacceptable.”

“Horrendous products! Every single plank is damaged and all I want is for them to take them back and refund me but they’re fighting me all the way. I’ve got anxiety and it’s making me ill taking photos of every plank and repeatedly asking them to collect their faulty goods. Plus delivery arrived a day before I was told that I must be home then the delivery proof was altered to say it arrived on the correct day! Something off about this company.”

“Very helpful when I phoned to try and match what skirting previous owners had and arrived in good condition. Not fitted it yet but really good surface for painting with it having been primed. Caught me out a bit with the delivery as the email said 8.54 to 10.54am so I never looked at the tracking and it arrived at 6.55am but thankfully they left it in the carport.”

“The service was really good. Made my order online and the products were delivered pretty quickly with no faults. The reason I've given 2 stars is due to a new rule thats been brought in about small orders. The minimum order now I believe is £50 + VAT. I happened to be 1 length short of what I needed, so I've called to ask for one more length and explained I would drive over to Birmingham to pick it up, however I was told they couldn't me help due to a recent new policy on minimum orders. An exception to this should be made for a returning customer needing a length or two to complete a job!!”

“Good product, excellent delivery guy but terrible customer service. By mistake I missed something from the order, this item was only £25 but Skirting World were most unhelpful insisting my new order be for a minimum of £50 with a further £45 for delivery. Will not be ordering from Skirting World again.”

“Website was very clear and easy to use. Skirting board covers arrived quickly without damage and the driver even offered to bring it into the house for me. Perfect for finishing off the room neatly. Would definitely recommend.”
