“I’ve been a customer of Skirting world before but was disappointed this time. The delivery was exceptionally slow. After waiting in all day on the first proposed delivery day I was disappointed when I called up mid afternoon to be told delivery had been rescheduled. Ultimately it was delivered almost 2 weeks from ordering without so much as an apology. I’ve since unpackaged the skirting and found one piece to be all chewed up for the last half meter. Very disappointed with the quality.”

“Quality skirting boards at a good price. Delivery could be shorter and much easier with selected delivery days. These are large products so can't be left anywhere and guaranteeing you'll be in given the large delivery window is difficult (although they do provide day before confirmation).”

“Good skirting and definitely usable. Good pieces of skirtingboard, a few knots, but it is wood so that is to be expected. Scribing the corners is/was quite straightforward, take a off cut, right angle it to your main piece and pencil mark around it, I didn't even use couping saw, just used my Tenon saw. Out of nine meters, apart from off cuts, there was two inches that was unusable, so pretty good result. I would/will be using Skirting World again and would definitely recommend.”

“After a long search and plenty of indecisiveness, I got in touch with Skirting World and immediately felt I’d chosen the right company. They sent out free samples in great time and offered clear advice on the difference between solid wood and MDF, which helped me decide to go with MDF. I was very happy with both the product and the communication from the start, so I went ahead and placed an order. What truly stood out throughout the whole process was James. He was exceptionally professional, responsive and quick to sort out a couple of matters without any fuss. He even refunded my delivery fees after I had to push the delivery date back by more than six days, which I found incredibly kind and thoughtful. When the skirting boards arrived they were exactly as expected, with one minor issue that James once again handled straightaway. I want to highlight the excellent communication, the competitive pricing compared with other companies, the option to have the boards undercoated at a very reasonable price and the free delivery choice if you’re not in a hurry. The delivery itself was smooth and reliable. Most importantly, James was amazing from start to finish. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made the whole experience outstanding. I couldn’t recommend Skirting World highly enough.”
