“very disappointed, ordered a piece of skirting board , had txt to confirm delivery there policy is kerb side drop off however, they just put a piece of wood outside by front door and walked off no packaging on it , didn’t knock so we knew it was there , emailed the company and got no response customer service very poor won’t be using again for the rest of the house”

“They was supposed to take the skirting that I had ordered wrongly away so I could get refund but the driver didn’t even knock on the door just left new one outside.”

“Sorry, I don't normally give bad reviews but the service from Skirting World was awful. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything except one email saying the ' order' was at the warehouse I heard nothing. Now I just want to note I had only ordered a Sample...nothing too taxing. I emailed, politely, for an update, nothing, emailed again 4 days later, still nothing. I looked up a phone number and tried to call, phone cut off. Used the WhatsApp contact, it's still unread. By this point I gave up and decided I'd lost my £5 and moved on only to receive a parcel last Thursday with, low and behold, a sample! Basically a mdf off cut. 4 weeks of nothing and now I'm being asked for a review.( Just tried to put in speed of delivery and it won't let me say 'slow', only as expected...that's a lie so please don't believe. )”

“I placed my order on a Tuesday and paid £45+VAT for express delivery(supposed to be 1-2 working days). The item arrived the following Monday with zero communication from Skirting World despite me sending a message via the online account and calling the switchboard several times (every option rang out). Post delivery I sent a message via their WhatsApp option on their website and 1 week later I am still awaiting a response. A very costly and frustrating transaction overall.”

“Sadly my delivery was two length's short, I ordered 18 and 16 turned up. I couldn’t be bothered going back and for with emails so I just paid for two more lengths as it wouldn’t break the bank. Can’t fault the product though.”
