“Made a large order and contacted Skirting world after a couple of days to check on delivery date. Received a reply 15mins later with a date. Got a call from the delivery guy (Kieran) the night before to confirm the time. He adjusted his drop before I left for work. He helped me carry everything into my house all undamaged and excellently primed. From start to finish the service was professional and personal. Kieran is an absolute credit to your company. In a world of poor service and bad customer service, you stand head and shoulders above any company I have ordered from.”

“The skirting was damaged in places with chucks of wood missing but it had still been primed over with paint was not the best quality and bits and pieces of it had to be cut out as it could not be used on skirting or facings”

“Can't praise them enough to be honest, excellent product, excellent comms, exceptional staff, resolved and i had when the goods got damaged during delivery. Even the delivery drivers are excellent 👌🏽 buy with confidence. Probably one of the cheapest in the industry too.”

“Had to give it a 1, although the initial contact and order was great, I still haven't received my skirting board which has really held my DIY repars back, sent an email detailing that, but as yet haven't received a reply. Cannot give true ratings below as it won't allow me to say "poor", it automatically goes to fair, I can't answer some because my skirting board hasn't been delivered as yet. Mike”

“Paid extra for undercoating, but the paint finish was really poor with obvious dimpling and creasing. Job couldn't wait and so had to use it rather than return. Customer service apologised and refunded delivery and painting fee.”

“Skirting board was good quality as was the finish. I paid extra for faster delivery but unfortunately they did not see that. When I contacted them they apologised and refunded the delivery cost.”

“Thomas Ivy Developments Ltd. ordered pine skirting to match a very large original profile on one of our projects. It is looking great and really compliments the period property. Skirting world were very helpful when ordering. My only request for improvement would be that you could send small samples of say 10cm wide so that we could check the profile before ordering.”

“Wasn't sure of my measurements so phoned them up guy was very helpful put my order in got delivered on time and free delivery to Scotland hubby has been fitting them we got unprimed they look fab already not even painted yet or on properly so will update when they are all finished. Our old ones looked terrible we didn't want to pull them off as u never know what problems that causes great price as well compared to other firms we got quotes from would deffo recommend”
