“I have bought from Skirting World twice now and I'm happy with the products. It's a shame they don't take returns as a I realised the skirting I bought was too tall and won't fit under some pipes. They state the reason is products being made to order, which is understandable if they don't have room to hold stock while waiting for the same spec to be ordered by someone else.”

“Very poor painting, they were delivered with paint chipped and you could see the white underneath. Replacements were made, however they arrived just as poor as the first ones and didn’t even except delivery. Would never order from them again there is no quality control.”

“Ordering was simple, delivery was acceptable given the product had to be made first, regular comms helped me arrange for neighbours to receive the product as I was out. The only issue I had was original comms suggested a Monday delivery, which was not an issue, but this then changed to the Tuesday at last minute and I couldn't change my plans.”

“Placed an order with 3-5 days delivery. Unfortunately didn’t realise there was a few days manufacturing also required. This meant I wouldn’t get the order before going on holiday for 2 weeks. I emailed to delay delivery then also called the next day to delay it as I received a notification to say order was on its way. I was told it was all sorted but then subsequently received a note to say my delivery failed as no one was available to receive it. I emailed again to reschedule and although I got an email back 4 days ago I have no delivery date and no idea when I will get one. I have also called numerous times today and call rings out. Company were friendly when I did speak to them but nothing had been done successfully at any stage plus I have no skirting yet or any idea when I’ll get it. So would advise not to use them. ALSO NOTE when trying to complete other boxes below with a low score it won’t let me rate anything worse than ‘AS EXPECTED’. Sums up the whole experience !!”
