“The delivery driver was two hours late I had to leave the site. To go on holiday. I left my daughter in charge she asked very kindly if the skirting could be placed inside the open door the driver was very rude and declined in an offhand way. As a result I will not be using you again. I ended up phoning around for help to place the skirtings in the building.”

“The actual product seems fine and of sufficient quality. They will ignore any notes you put on your order around delivery schedule and any follow up emails enquiring why they ignored your note. You'll get it when they want, not when you are available.”
