“Placed an order with 3-5 days delivery. Unfortunately didn’t realise there was a few days manufacturing also required. This meant I wouldn’t get the order before going on holiday for 2 weeks. I emailed to delay delivery then also called the next day to delay it as I received a notification to say order was on its way. I was told it was all sorted but then subsequently received a note to say my delivery failed as no one was available to receive it. I emailed again to reschedule and although I got an email back 4 days ago I have no delivery date and no idea when I will get one. I have also called numerous times today and call rings out. Company were friendly when I did speak to them but nothing had been done successfully at any stage plus I have no skirting yet or any idea when I’ll get it. So would advise not to use them. ALSO NOTE when trying to complete other boxes below with a low score it won’t let me rate anything worse than ‘AS EXPECTED’. Sums up the whole experience !!”

“The ordering process was easy and the product is of good quality. The only issue was delivery was made at 6.00am. The driver told us to ignore the e-mail that said delivery would be between 06.45 and 08.45 as he clearly wanted to start early. Control of delivery needs to be better”

“We are a novice diy couple I needed to change a skirting board in our old Victorian house. We found this website to be great with lots of different choices, styles, and sizes. Ordering process is very easy and the communication from ordering the product to delivery is fantastic. The skirting boards we got were exactly as we wanted them to be. I was also good to be able to get some other products such as no nails adhesive, etc., so when the products came, we were able to go straight into doing the job. I was very apprehensive to begin with before putting an order in, but I’m very glad that I did. I would highly recommend this company.”

“When I received my allotted delivery time I was unable to take delivery. I rescheduled with available dates which one was arranged for. “Ordereda bullnose MDF window cill ( or sill)! Painted including undercoat. Firstly delivery. Was kept informed, but item delivered at 6 a.m. and just left in full view of the street propped up inside out iron railings gate. Clearly the deliverer could not be bothered to opennthe gate, walk 10 yardsand leave it by the front door. It was supposed to be signed for. That didn't happen, Packaging consisted of a few wraps of polythene around one end to enclose the address label. The rest was bare. The product. Not exactly a smooth finish. The bullnose is veryrough. Lots ofsanding will be required.”
