Unfortunately the driver scheduled to make our delivery ended up in hospital the night before and they were unable to replace him af short notice, but they very promptly notified us, apologised and rescheduled for following day also offering a future discount. You can’t ask more than that can you. Definitely buying from them again and that will be about 6th time.”

“The delivery was not when it said it would be , although I had a text saying the driver was " 2 stops away". He didnt turn up that day. He tried to deliver the next when I was at work. We rearranged for the next day I was at home. This time no text recevied. At about lunchtime i went to track the order at it was " delivered and signed for 9:30" The driver had left it out in my muddy path in the rain without telling me! ( only partialy wrapped in plastic) I sent photos to the company to twll them and ask them to confirm if it will still be ok to install or if the dampness will impact its integrity. I have so far had no response. Ive not used it yet as I am waiting to hear back.”
