“Skirting arrived on time but the machined moulding at one was skewiff, obviously hadn't been checked properly before being dispatched.”

“First time using skirting world It was brilliant. When it's so easy that you're chatting and having (the crack) a laugh with one of your sales people. Informal but totally professional.”

“Was informed of delivery date 7 days after order. Told need to be in to sign. Did not turn up! And no tracking information. Called and emailed, no reply. Arrived the next day and half the order was missing. Had to call on the Monday, no explanation for non delivery or why half was missing, refund for missing items was offered. Not much good to me. Went elsewhere for the panelling. Won’t use again…”

“I ordered a fair amount of wide window boards. Very quick turnaround and good communication. My only comment would be that the primer is very thick and left an orange peel finish, which will take a fair bit of rubbing down. Other than that very good service.”
