“I needed some skirting at short notice, placed an order with Skirting World for the product and quantity I needed and paid extra for express delivery as I had a tradesman coming round to fit it. The skirting was exactly as expected and was delivered at 8.30 AM two days after ordering, exactly as promised, all worked out perfectly and I can't see how it could have been better!”

“I ordered some samples, one was free, the other I paid for. The free one turned up but the other one didn’t. I sent an email around a week ago and received no response. I also tried calling but the call just bounced around from extension to extension and no one answered. I also tried messaging via the chat. Again, no response. I was going to order quite a bit of skirting and architrave from you but won’t bother now as not confident I will receive any of it.”
