“We are a returning customer and have been gradually replacing our skirting boards throughout the house with the same style. This time we ordered 3 lengths and requested them to have an undercoat. One of the lengths had been the same design on both sides, ie. Not flat on one side. Thankfully we were still able to install it otherwise we would have contacted you, but thought you should know, as you requested feedback!”

“MDF was chipped upon arrival and not painted to my spec requested and paid for. Delivery man wanted nothing to do with it. Tried to call the company but didn’t get an answer so tried to contact them via their what’s app (preferred contact method) and still had no response.”

“Delivery was hopeless. I was sent a very professional looking email telling me when it would arrive and I made sure we were in to receive it. I was then sent a delivery tracking link on the day, which was constantly updated to say it would be sometime within the next two hours. There was no number to contact them on. The delivery arrived several hours late and we hd had to go out. The skirting was left outside the front door on the ground in our driveway. The skirting was MDF and it rained. Then we got home and my wife drove over them. Astonishingly, the damge is fairly minor. So, all reasonably good except that the delivery notification system is rubbish.”

“I like to see what I’m buying in person, and had checked out what I needed at local big brand shops. But I was impressed it was £20 cheaper and in much longer lengths from skirting world. I’d be wary of any shop delivering because you might get slightly dinged boards you’d avoid at the shop - but these came tightly packaged with no issues. The longer lengths meant I didn’t have to mess about with scarf joints. Really pleased and will use them again for other rooms I’m doing up.”

“I needed to cover some old and tatty skirting and also the expansion gap around some new laminate. Skirting board covers covered both bases. The choice of style and size was good and being able to select 'primed' was a real time-saver. The delivery was fast and the communication was excellent. Pricewise they were competitive and I will have no hesitation in using them again for the rest of the house.”

“Have used previously and the experience was good however on this occasion it was poor. Took 2 weeks to deliver 3 samples and when it finally came it was 2 completely different samples. Sent an email to see if i can get the correct samples delivered but still not had a responce or my samples. Dissapointing.”

“Great product, mdf 25 x 95 x 3000m skirting board. This is our third order and highly recommend, no issues although our latest delivery driver struggled with finding our address on his sat nav. Apparently this was my fault as he was a bit rude.”

“My first order with skirting world was unfortunately delayed as the van broke down it was unforeseen but they kept me well informed about my order being shipped as soon as possible on another van and it came in good time and was of good quality at a reasonable price my second order arrived quickly and again was of good quality I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again”
