“Excellent service and product. Very helpful. Please be aware however, that if you do order large or heavy items, you may need to give the driver a hand to bring in, as he is on his own. Whilst they could justify that they were light enough to lift by one man, in reality to manoevre into the house would have been almost impossible on his own.”

“I gave two stars as the one section (3.5) mtrs had two faults. On receiving item from driver I immediately saw damage to one end edge, I knew i could work around so I didnt need to send back or mention it to him. Whilst cutting and prepping it was only then I realised a factory forming mistake had been made. It was too late to report this as i'd accepted item and already cut to lenghths required. See pictures. profile misforming about foot long. damage to one edge. Item had no packaging not even shrink wrap.”

“I’m very disappointed using this company to provide a skirtings. I not only had to wait for order to be delivered quite a bit of time, but also they have sent it to the wrong address, not checking if the address matches the postcode so they just followed the postcode. After arriving at the postcode, I received a phone call from the driver asking what is the house number and the road name? While I was waiting with carpenter 35 miles away. So I had to pay the carpenter for the day of work, drive 35 miles, cut the skirting boards to the various sizes, load them to the van and the whole experience was a nightmare. I will never make that mistake again and stick simply to the local joinery suppliers as usual forever.”

“Extremely poor service. Delivery didn’t arrive after 9-days of ordering. Nobody contacted me and it was only as a reply to my email I was told delivery driver ran out of driving hours. The only option to make contact was email due to calling for 30-mins but calls kept being cut off (presumably staff waiting to go home). The service got worse as my delivery was then rescheduled for the following week. I was left with collecting myself the next day which they then cut the pieces in half - not what I asked for. I continued to receive notifications about my order being delivered. The frustrating thing is skirting world are normally good value and would have used them for my next big product but will never use again. Shame.”

“As we are going through the process of doing a bungalow up. We decided to use Skirting World Ltd to replace the old skirting and architrave. We have found them fantastic and really helpful with good communications. There products are excellent. The delivery service is excellent and on time with up to date delivery information. Thanks guys and we'll be in touch in the new year as we go through the bungalow doing it up.”
