“Paid £51 for express delivery - evening before received a text saying that it would be arriving between 7:30-9am - on the day it was delivered at 6:30am and delivery drive had just placed on the floor outside of the house, did not knock and the skirting board was not wrapped. I ordered 4.2m so was difficult to get into the house without help which resulted in chips to the skirting board. £51 for delivery was therefore extortionate and unsatisfactory”

“Good service from Skirting World: order was easy, delivery estimate accurate and delivery exactly on time. ONly downside was the order process in which various free items are promised, which turn out to be not free and clickbait. Why the company chooses to dilute good service with internet 'pollution' is anyone's guess, but probably makes them money.”

“Lovely piece of skirting board cover and fits perfectly however delivery was shocking small child carrying the item and it was dragged on the floor caught on my cameras luckily no damage. Was told someone had to sign but only photo was taken and walked off. Would love to order again but not sure on delivery.”

“Everything start to finish was perfect. Even when I had to call to change my order that I'd placed online. The gentleman I dealt with handled it without any drama, the order was updated and delivery arranged. My skirting arrived exactly when I was told it would. This was my first time dealing with Skirting World but it certainly won't be my last”

“The skirting was fine but the clown that delivered them needs to work on his delivery skills! I’m disabled and only have one leg,I do use a prosthetic limb but I have difficulty walking still and this idiot couldn’t even be bothered to ring the doorbell to ask where we wanted the lengths of skirting! The two lengths of skirting were 4.2 metres long and heavy but he just left left in my passage way across the front door ! I had to ring a friend to come and move them as they were way too heavy for my wife to lift as well as myself so I wasn’t very happy at all. I did ring to complain and the guys said he’d ring the driver to claim back but he didn’t answer which tells me he knew exactly what he’d done so again the man is a complete idiot !!”

“Overall quite happy with everything but I found on one batch of architrave some of it was moisture resistant and some of it wasent. There was also a very slight (1-2mm) difference between them but it just meant they align properly because the differences in the batches I was using (Victorian 1)”
