“Quality of product seems good, although our decorator has yet to fit it Delivery was a mess. On the order I specified no delivery on the 11th or 12th. After their office closing hours on the 10th I got a message to say the product would be delivered on the 11th in the morning. Their office only opens at 9am and I had a hearing test appointment at 9am for 75 minutes, which I had to delay in order to phone and try and change the delivery. After this call I got a message to say the delivery had been rescheduled for the 13th. Despite this message, a delivery was made on the 11th, fortunately in the couple of hours I was at home that day. On the 13th, another van turned up with another delivery of the same items! Obviously I had to refuse this. The delivery driver then tried several times to phone his boss for instructions but each time the boss put the phone down on him before he could explain the problem. I feel the firm could do with a better focus on it's customers, and not just it's products”

“Ordering was so easy. Webshop easy to navigate. Great communication and when i made an error and the order was sent to a default address by mistake, Skirting World sorted it out for me and re-arranged everything. Fantastic service. Will 100% use again and recommend.”

“Great service as always. Unfortunately the driver scheduled to make our delivery ended up in hospital the night before and they were unable to replace him af short notice, but they very promptly notified us, apologised and rescheduled for following day also offering a future discount. You can’t ask more than that can you. Definitely buying from them again and that will be about 6th time.”

“Was very happy with the skirting board, my only complaint would be with the delivery driver. He was not helpful at all and was quite abbrassive on the telephone with me and also my customer when he got to site. Product is great, delivery service to be worked on.”
