No email to confirm my order, no progress updates, no delivery dates, no communication from courier, first I knew if my order would be fulfilled is when I got home from work & found the skirting at the front of my house at the top of the drive for the whole main road to see. Surprised it was still there. No communication to say it had been delivered. Only communication I’ve had is to ask me to review the product/service!”

“Ordered Mdf and paid extra for primed and undercoated. Delivery was excellent and speedy but felt the undercoating was missing in large areas which will result in having to undercoat which I was trying to avoid. Overall good product and service but not sure I’d pay the extra for undercoat next time.”
