“Skirting arrived really quickly and was straight and true so no waste at all. The skirting arrived primed and undercoated and now it’s installed and painted, it looks brilliant and has saved us endless time trying to remove 150 years of paint off the old botched up boards. We have made the decision to replace the boards in each room as we come to it using the same profile for a consolidated look through the whole house. I will be ordering the boards for another room later this week! 2 rooms down, only another 14 plus hall stairs and landings to go! ;-D”

“Delivery was on time and well packaged. However, one of the 4-metre undercoated skirting boards arrived with visible black marks embedded in the surface. We attempted to clean it, but the marks could not be removed. As the product was sold as “Undercoated,” we expected a clean, ready-to-paint finish. Given that this is a 4m length, it is not a small item to replace or handle, and this has caused inconvenience during installation. We contacted customer service immediately and provided photos, but have not yet received a response. The lack of communication has been frustrating. We hope this matter will be resolved promptly and would be happy to update this review once it is addressed.”
