“The delivery was not when it said it would be , although I had a text saying the driver was " 2 stops away". He didnt turn up that day. He tried to deliver the next when I was at work. We rearranged for the next day I was at home. This time no text recevied. At about lunchtime i went to track the order at it was " delivered and signed for 9:30" The driver had left it out in my muddy path in the rain without telling me! ( only partialy wrapped in plastic) I sent photos to the company to twll them and ask them to confirm if it will still be ok to install or if the dampness will impact its integrity. I have so far had no response. Ive not used it yet as I am waiting to hear back.”

“Hi, Love the products but you packed the architrave and the picture rail together so we accidently cut picture rail for a section of architrave which is almost identical except by a few mm and the rebate - means now we have to use some architrave as picture rail and have had to fill the rebate - in future please mark/pack separate”

“At first impression they looked ok but when I looked closer they were chipped on a number of pieces although a bit of a pain having to fill them I also noticed that the primer wasn't very good it was patchy and along the top looked ruff with bit along the length of all the pieces. That's going to need sanding so it will be a waste of time getting it primed”
