“After replacing our floor in the lounge diner with a hardwood floor we also replaced the skirtings and architraves. After reviewing the products avaliable at the big box stores which were thinner and not avaliable in the lengths required we approached Skirting World who came up trumps for the thickness and lengths required. All delivered on time and a very competitive price. Would definitely would recommend and use again for other refurbishment projects.”

“I have no issues with the product but have concerns about your delivery method for the reasons I have outlined below. On 12.01.26 I received an email from B&Q stating, " Delivery January 15 - 27. Delivering Tuesday 27th January 2026." On 13.01.26 @ 2003 hrs I received an email from Skirting World advising that the delivery was scheduled for the next day, ie less than 12 hours notice. I emailed Skirting World that evening and attempted to cancel the delivery as I had already made plans for the next day and knew I would not be at home. I received no reply. On 13.01.16 I left a note on my door and asked for the delivery to be located on my drive. The driver duly obliged and I recovered it leter that afternoon. Thankfully, we had not had any rain so the item was undamaged - and the item was so large that it would have been difficult for any opportunist theft to have taken place. I have two main concerns. Firstly the advisory email from B&Q was incorrect to state the delivery would be made on 27.01.26 and, secondly, you gave me less than 12 hours notice of your impending delivery. This notice period is not reasonable. I hope you will use this feedback to review your delivery arrangements and to understand that your customers cannot be expected to drop everything at such short notice.”
