“I really liked the skirting it’s thick and good quality I got some locally before hand and you can see the quality difference between the 2 and it’s the similar price I’d recommend to others they also flexed the week of delivery to suit my project”

“Communication could of been better,but when I did speak to someone they were really helpful.The product was of good quality.The delivery arrived late on the day, but the driver was nice. I would order again from. This company.”

“The ordering process was easy and delivery was prompt. THe skirtig board was lovely - good quality, smooth and flat. The delivery was not good - my skirtig was left completely unwrapped and unprotected in a communal passageway. Had it been a rainy day, it was likely to have got damp if not actualy dirty from passing foot traffic. Annoying ly, I was at ome waiting for this delivery. No effort was made to contact me or ring the doorbell - had I not gone out to hook back the door in readiness it could have lain there all day and I wojld have been none the wiser.”

“In store service from Harrison was brilliant: helped me to identify the skirting that matched mine, explained the different shower tile panels when I got side tracked, and showed me how to order a big panel of MDF off the website - nothing was too much trouble. Sadly when I came in to difficulty, the smaller piece of MDF I wanted to order was priced more than a larger piece on the website, and I had to contact them the customer service (ironically from the so called customer service manager) was no where near the level of that which I’d received in store. I bought the MDF panel as I’d left it too late to go elsewhere but I got the skirting board from another company - only 180 meters so probably neither here nor there to SkirtingWorld, but I wasn’t spending £1000s with a company whose customer service manager was so indifferent to my custom.”

“Very disappointed in the delay. It was only a sample but took nearly three weeks for delivery. Ie confirmation on 13 th, dispatched on 28th and arrived a few days later. It gives no confidence in making a full order.”
