“I requested a quote for some bespoke size window boards online and received a reply and quote very quickly, the price quoted was great and the boards were ordered, cut to size and delivered within a week. They fitted perfectly. I can highly recommend Skirting World based on my experience and will definitely be using them again.”

“The item was not wrapped & had 2 bad cuts/marks on the board, the only protection on it was the small piece of cling film attaching a qr code at the end. I would not recommend this place.”

“Things go wrong. How you resolve it is a true measure of the value of your standards. In this instance a low level order was delivered with half of it missing. It hadn’t been loaded on the van. After a few phone calls it was established that it would be sent. Having already waited a week for the delivery to be told it would be another week until delivered just wasn’t good enough. I explained that the customer had carpet going down on Thursday (3 days later) and I need an hour to get the missing lengths on. The missing items arrived at 6:30am on Thursday. The skirting went on. And all was good. I can’t give 5 stars because it still cost me £200 in the labour I had to pay out for an incomplete job due to the items not being there when they should have been. But all in all it got resolved.”

“Be assurred this company impresses as a company that understands what good service, quality products and getting the price point right means to the customer. I would rather use this comany tnan my local B and Q which is only 1/2 mile from my home because the product is so much better.”

“Would have been a 5 because the product is excellent and the delivery chap was very polite. Problem was, having called customer services to change delivery date it still turned up on the original day, meaning I had to delay my journey. Post sales support is quite poor.”
