“Would not recommend Skirting World Ltd to anyone. We accidentally ordered the wrong size skirting boards and explained our situation to them about this being the result of a scam trader who told us to order that size. They only gave us a 50% refund despite us explaining our difficult financial situation to them, the fact I am currently heavily pregnant and we had been scammed out of thousands by a scam trader and they said they would try to reuse them on another order because it’s a popular size. When I followed up with them to ask where my refund was up to they lied and said they weren’t able to reuse it, I wasn’t even given a timeframe in which they’d try. To make matters worse when they delivered they left all the skirting boards on the side of the property in the rain and my husband who has his own complex health issues had to bring them in on his own. I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“Used you guys before and the service was good then, it hasnt changed Im please to say. As for the delivery, updates via text from the driver, it was an early drop off 6.30ish am, the driver even had the decency to text the night before to ask if he could leave it somewhere safe so as not to disturb us, he did exactly that, we didnt even know he had been until we found the delivey exactly where we said, You cant ask for more than that. Great Great service, and the architraves arnt too bad either.”

“Great quality skirting boards with fast delivery. Fantastic customer service. Initially ordered too little and upon calling Skirting World they even arranged for the excess needed to be delivered quickly and waved the delivery fee. Such lovely people. Would highly recommend.
