“At least a week between ordering and delivery (which technically could still fall within 5 working days but meant I missed using the weekend to fit). Unfortunately a 4m length was missed off my order. A replacement was delivered over a week later. This was scuffed which appeared to have happened during production. Due to a now tight deadline I had to use the piece supplied. James in the office was responsive and supportive, and I received a refund. The skirting does look good however and I liked I could get different thicknesses of the same design to match a room and small hallway.”
