Obviously when fitting skirting’s you want to minimise joints, have a stable - non warping material… so an mdf profile was perfect. We needed 5 lengths @ 4.2m which meant a delivery, which went really well / on time and we got a call on the day and it arrive at time promised. When we unpacked it, the primer was so good I thought it was painted, we cut lengths, mitred the smaller sections, glued with skirting mitre glue, and painted with a semi gloss white. Then used a grip adhesive to install, some white caulk across the top wall / board joint and repainted. Minimal filler required on the corners if you measure the angles… we only had one wall at 90’ !! It looks great, price was good too. Will def be back and recommend etc…
