6th time repeat customer - required custom sized 1 groove architrave in 45mm width as opposed to minimum of 70mm on the website. Had a helpful WeChat which confirmed a custom order was possible. Ordered standard size phoned cust services who amended my order and reissued the invoice. Goods delivered safely by SW driver who was friendly and carried items into my house. Can’t fault SW from beginning to end
