This is my second time ordering from Skirting world. After initially having an issue with the quality of finish I was feeling disappointed with my purchase. I sent an email to inform skirting world of the issue and promptly received a response with an explanation and apology, as well as rectifying the issue. I was very pleased with the customer service and how James handled the issue. I would purchase from them again
