Unfortunately the window board I ordered was delivered damaged. To the credit of the driver he instantly pointed it out and asked if I was happy to accept or wait for replacement. Due to already using one day’s holiday didn’t want to use another. After speaking to customer service it was agreed I would accept and would get a refund of half the cost, as yet I’ve still not received refund so asking for a review I feel is a little premature. It’s a shame otherwise review would be good as ease of ordering and being kept update with progress was very good.
