I ordered 17 doors and they were delivered in a transit van on top of a palette, but they had not been strapped down so were thrown all over the van from the journey. Luckily none were damaged and the delivery man helped me get them out but I was quite concerned. I also submitted a query via the live chat and never received a response so ordered a fire door from someone else.
