You need to be organised on delivery day to ensure you can count and chk of order. We only had one small error which they rectified with speed. Easy to call through and arrange. As most deliveries your responsible in checking off and looking at condition, hence you need help to check when delivery guy unloads on drive. He had more than enough time for us, being a large order, and made a note on his tablet about the small error. I would definatly use them again and reccomend them.
