Paid £51 for express delivery - evening before received a text saying that it would be arriving between 7:30-9am - on the day it was delivered at 6:30am and delivery drive had just placed on the floor outside of the house, did not knock and the skirting board was not wrapped. I ordered 4.2m so was difficult to get into the house without help which resulted in chips to the skirting board.
£51 for delivery was therefore extortionate and unsatisfactory
