Bad customer service. It took multiple emails to MDS for them to get back to me on my parcel. Not sure why are they closing the entire shops in Singapore. The MDS at Wheelock opened on End Sept. But, by around Q1 2020, this new store was closed. Probably, they are trying to change the business model by via FB Live.
Delivery cost is at $3.99 much higher than any other blogshop. Last time collection is allow at their last shop at citylink. But, today I noticed that there is no self collection when I carted out.
Very disappointed.
