Hi, all of my friends, please do not buy clothing here because this blogshop is disgusting and cheating on customers. They cancelled my order on 29 Sept 2023 without providing suitable reasons and kept on refusing to refund. I have to chase on that every week. It is annoying that they replied to me such as "Shopify have not paid to MDS, We will update you soon, We sent this case to another chaser and so on". I have not received my refund until now. The above reasons are unacceptable for taking 7 months. Before this case, I had not informed and received some clothings bought almost 6 months as arriving soon items. After emailing to them, they just refunded as credits without saying sorry and making apologies. So disrespectful to customers. If you all did not get the refund like me, please do not waste your time. And I encourage to make a police report. You all can do so via online even if you are busy. It is not worth that we all felt unhappy with our own money. Why is it so difficult to get our money back? So meaningless. But the owner is happy and busy for posting photos on IG. If you drop comments about refund, not even bad comments during their facebook live, they will delete yours. Hi guys, please buy from other clothing shops and do not get stress with your own money.

Second last working day of 2023 and still no updates on my refund of an order made in October. I did not even receive a decent response regarding this issue. No apologies, no compensation. Nothing. MDS is so disappointing.

you need to keep track of all the things you have bought. I ordered a dress in Jan 2023 n till date I have not received it. I had to write in and enquire about the order. Only then they told me that the dress has been sold out. So if I did not write in to enquire about the order, they were just gonna keep quiet about it? This happened not once but twice! Also this is not my fault to begin with but all they offered was to return the money in store credits. Once you give them your money, you will never be able to get it back. Very dishonest sellers...

I placed an order on 8th November 2022. Till today 20th April 2023 I have not received the item despite constantly following up with the customer service team. The estimated delivery date is NEVER accurate and it can be delayed for months. I understand that this is the not the first time and they received several complaints lodged against them back in Year 2021. Now it is Year 2023 and the same issue is still on going. It seems like they have no intention to improve it. I'm fed up

When mds still have shops, it's really a good option for customers like myself. During that period of time their dresses fabric quality are not bad. Quite ok one. I bought a few of Their signatures mermaid dresses. But after they closed their shops. Things started to change n deteriorate in term of their fabric quality and delivery issue. The estimated arrival date is not accurate . It could delay 2 to 3 more months. I remembered my last dress with them is 7 mths to get the dress. That's y I stop buying from them . After took a break of 1.5 years. Their new subscription came out. It is worse than the previous subscription policy. But the bosses seem very happy with it, of course the new policy is good for them not customers. Another to highlight is I think when they do live. The dresses they wore are sample from manufacturer so usually will e nicer . But in real production thing would be diff that's y I saw got comment mentioned to fabric quality is worse than taobao n its overprice. Its a bit wasted coz they lost their original passion when they just started their business. Hope the product quality issue could be fully addressed and the estimated delivery could be more nearer , recently I wish to buy but not dare to buy due to worrying about the fabric quality issue. I do not want to wear cheapo looking dresses.

Dishonest business that are so unethical. My member's account was faulty and therefore I cannot utilised any promotions. Wrote in to get help they brushed me aside asking me to use another account which charged shipping fees and does not allow me to use my reward vouchers. I told them to refund the reward voucher to me after I pay the full price using an alternative account yet they say cannot be done and without my permission convert the voucher into useless credit note which cannot be utilise on any promotion. I think I had enough. I get more stress buying from them. This is a very selfish & self fulling company that put customers last.

despite all the promises to improve their services. Nothing seems to be improving. From their persistent delay in deliveries, extremely delayed backorder items. inconsistencies in their sizing and their extremely difficult process in returns and prolonged processing of returns. Whenever you write in to request for service the answer is always "i seek your kind understanding it cannot be done" the resquest is as simple as changing the colour of the same product. I am speechless...

after many emails and complaints and much waiting, i was lucky enough to get all the items i ordered. p.s.: not sure if it's because I kept commenting on their FB / IG live events. Since they turned off the comments function on FB and IG, and email replies were really slow, that's the only channel i could go to complain.

I'm used to be a frequent customer of MDS. But when the measurement does not match with the actual size received, the return was a pain. MDS took weeks to reply email and more than 2 months to refund store credits (which is ridiculous whereby they do not refund based on CC transaction). Aren't they just want customers money more than a better service so that they can bring in more customers instead? Yes, most of the reviews here i totally feel you and indeed they still can travel happily! WORST nightmare came when they started with the Subscriptions!!! Paid for the subscription, end up MDS did not even track my return till i emailed them asking for my 1 or 2 subscription credits back and they even ask me for proof! Even when i managed to get the proof, the CS replied the credit has been credited back into my account which i don't see it! Well story short, i just take it as a lesson learnt. MDS is a total turn off and i no longer buy from them.

Wow! As the days, weeks and months tick by I’m getting more frustrated with MDS. My items keep getting pushed from one week to the next. Mind you , items purchase and paid for in May and July and we are approaching Nov. I get more frustrated when I see the owners travelling the world once VTL kicked in. WhAt sort of business are these people running? See to your damn business and customers orders before travelling the world . Without us you can’t afford to.

Purchased items in May and July . Total of 4 items … it’s now Oct I only received one item. At times I have even forgotten what I had purchased . I had the exact same thoughts as the other reviews online. We pay up so early and have to wait freaking long. Although I love their products I’ve stopped buying.

I placed an order in May 2021 and my orders are due to arrive in AUG 2021 which is just 3 months away. I really like the dress and I was happy to wait 3 months just to get the dress that I like. But now it is almost end of OCT already and I have not received the item or heard the process of orders from them. I sent email and messaged them from Facebook. No Replies!! I was a regular buyer of MDS but this time, my patience level has reached to maximum limit. Worst retailer ever and I will not buy from them again!

Ordered items that were on back-orderon 1 April 2020 and did not get my items a year later. No email notification was sent at all. They refused to refund in cash despite their mistake and insisted on store credits. The second time I purchased from them to use up the store credit, one item I ordered was “out of stock” and they had to do another store credit refund. ;) dodgy business and logistics. On to the products, the items look good online but are poorly manufactured and of poor quality. And it shows. Shame on you, MDS!

A total scam company! On what earth do u want to sell your products, make us pay for it and waited months for it? Your manufacturing company is in China, not in other planets right? Simply taking all our hard money to sepnd on your luxury lifestyle!

All in all total I made 3 orders during their fb live and also through their site separately, which means I fully paid upfront without any discount. First order - ordered on Feb 021, received on March 2021. When I finally received it, it was not in the correct size that I ordered. Emailed countlessly to them and the reply I gotten was to personally made a trip to their warehouse to return it. I did it and waited another month just to receive my correct size item after sending many emails. 2nd order - Ordered on Nov 2020, received only 1 item out of 3 on April 2021, and remaining on June 2021. Waited almost 7 months just to complete the order. One of the item that I received, it was full of dirts on a white top. As usual, I emailed them but nothing was solved. 3rd order - Placed ordered on 02 Dec 2020, until now 20 August 2021 I haven’t receive my ordered item. I see that the item status was in Pre-order and the last updated status was arriving after 30 June 2021. And when recently I remembered my item, I couldn’t find it available on the site anymore. I emailed them only to get a reply from them to refund me to store credit. Like hello? After a good more than 8 months plus of waiting, this is what I gotten and I have read that the store credit is not as straight forward to offset on the next purchase. I am going to request for my credit to refund to me via my payment method no matter what since I am not going to make another purchase from them anymore. I stopped buying from them ever since these 3 orders took up so much of my time sending countless emails. Please stop buying from them to save the headaches. I really don’t see such unnecessary issues from other established brands!

I ordered a romper during their FB livestream on 30/6/21 & paid for it. Six days later, they sent me an email telling me they have oversold and refund me by way of credit (include my shipping fees that I paid). I tried to use the credit in next few lives but not successful. Emailed them I missed so many nice silhouettes but they did not seem to understand my problem back and forth so many times. I was so frustrated. In the end, I found out that I have to make 2 purchases (not so willing) in order to exceed the credit I have & bear the shipping fees again when cart out even though it was their mistake for oversold item. I begin to agree with the rest of bad reviews below. This is their way of getting more business by oversold their items instead of showing in system OOS. Backorder item ordered have to wait for 4 months fully understand. After reading bad reviews below, I just hope I will receive it . I like their apparels but I have to say their customer service sucks. Very poor service rendered. I cannot believe they are actively doing live stream every Wed & Sunday when backend team cannot support the demand and supply and our enquiries let alone they now have included Lazada & IG platform now. Probably inviting more complaints here.
