"I have not received my refund since September 24. It seems they are used to complaints and since no one is taking action against them, they continue to refuse refunds to customers. Purchase at your own risk."

"Hi, all of my friends, please do not buy clothing here because this blogshop is disgusting and cheating on customers. They cancelled my order on 29 Sept 2023 without providing suitable reasons and kept on refusing to refund. I have to chase on that every week. It is annoying that they replied to me such as \"Shopify have not paid to MDS, We will update you soon, We sent this case to another chaser and so on\". I have not received my refund until now. The above reasons are unacceptable for taking 7 months.\r\nBefore this case, I had not informed and received some clothings bought almost 6 months as arriving soon items. After emailing to them, they just refunded as credits without saying sorry and making apologies. So disrespectful to customers. If you all did not get the refund like me, please do not waste your time. And I encourage to make a police report. You all can do so via online even if you are busy. It is not worth that we all felt unhappy with our own money. Why is it so difficult to get our money back? So meaningless. But the owner is happy and busy for posting photos on IG. If you drop comments about refund, not even bad comments during their facebook live, they will delete yours. Hi guys, please buy from other clothing shops and do not get stress with your own money."

"Ordered items that are in store available and should be despatched since the order was made in June and till now I have not received the items. Wrote to MDS and they keep giving excuse like pending for custom clearance!!! I thought the items are in store available that is why I placed order. If I did not send email to check with them, they won\u2019t bother to inform me or perhaps wishing that I have forgotten about my purchase. Totally disappointed with MDS!"

"Told me 15 jan reach warehouse for my preorder. 2-3 days to dispatch. But it never comes. For weeks already it\u2019s definitely a scam. When confronted, they block or delete you off. Never going to purchase again. Lousy. "

"Order was placed for pre-order item which is supposed to arrive in January 2021. Received MDS email that there is a delay and required more lead time which will be ready by 30 March 2021. What surprise me is this is not the first time they are handling such issues as either the ignore the preorder items placed till I keep asking for update or they just merely making up excuse that covid 19 and now knowing it does not work then come out with another strategy more production time is required. Do not be too happy if you receive their email whether you will be getting refund should you choose not to wait as they will not even process the refund at all.\r\nI am really tired of reporting their action to cases as I have placed lot of orders from them and those are preorder items.\r\nI have lost my trust completely in MDS yet I don\u2019t understand why they still have 400 to 500 viewers watching on live every Wednesday and Sunday. Am I the only few who is considered the unlucky one to be cheated by them whereby goods paid not received or goods received with missing items? Hey ladies this is a Serious issue that they are actually cheating our money and with tactics $29.90 that really work to lure more customers like us into buying more and more when goods will never be delivered or received. Attached is their email strategy to fool me and rest of the unlucky customers."

"As evidence of how MDS has treated customer, here is the proof for all to see the truth and in order to give back what they have done to us, we should not buy anything from them. Our money is hard earned and they just literally getting richer by collecting our money for preorder and in store items yet all not delivered. I have not faced this issue with other local online stores and even overseas purchase. "
