I placed an order on 8th November 2022. Till today 20th April 2023 I have not received the item despite constantly following up with the customer service team. The estimated delivery date is NEVER accurate and it can be delayed for months.
I understand that this is the not the first time and they received several complaints lodged against them back in Year 2021. Now it is Year 2023 and the same issue is still on going. It seems like they have no intention to improve it. I'm fed up
