I ordered a romper during their FB livestream on 30/6/21 & paid for it. Six days later, they sent me an email telling me they have oversold and refund me by way of credit (include my shipping fees that I paid). I tried to use the credit in next few lives but not successful. Emailed them I missed so many nice silhouettes but they did not seem to understand my problem back and forth so many times. I was so frustrated. In the end, I found out that I have to make 2 purchases (not so willing) in order to exceed the credit I have & bear the shipping fees again when cart out even though it was their mistake for oversold item. I begin to agree with the rest of bad reviews below. This is their way of getting more business by oversold their items instead of showing in system OOS. Backorder item ordered have to wait for 4 months fully understand. After reading bad reviews below, I just hope I will receive it . I like their apparels but I have to say their customer service sucks. Very poor service rendered. I cannot believe they are actively doing live stream every Wed & Sunday when backend team cannot support the demand and supply and our enquiries let alone they now have included Lazada & IG platform now. Probably inviting more complaints here.
