Ordered items that were on back-orderon 1 April 2020 and did not get my items a year later. No email notification was sent at all. They refused to refund in cash despite their mistake and insisted on store credits. The second time I purchased from them to use up the store credit, one item I ordered was “out of stock” and they had to do another store credit refund. ;) dodgy business and logistics.
On to the products, the items look good online but are poorly manufactured and of poor quality. And it shows.
Shame on you, MDS!
