after many emails and complaints and much waiting, i was lucky enough to get all the items i ordered.
p.s.: not sure if it's because I kept commenting on their FB / IG live events. Since they turned off the comments function on FB and IG, and email replies were really slow, that's the only channel i could go to complain.
