All in all total I made 3 orders during their fb live and also through their site separately, which means I fully paid upfront without any discount.
First order - ordered on Feb 021, received on March 2021. When I finally received it, it was not in the correct size that I ordered. Emailed countlessly to them and the reply I gotten was to personally made a trip to their warehouse to return it. I did it and waited another month just to receive my correct size item after sending many emails.
2nd order - Ordered on Nov 2020, received only 1 item out of 3 on April 2021, and remaining on June 2021. Waited almost 7 months just to complete the order. One of the item that I received, it was full of dirts on a white top. As usual, I emailed them but nothing was solved.
3rd order - Placed ordered on 02 Dec 2020, until now 20 August 2021 I haven’t receive my ordered item. I see that the item status was in Pre-order and the last updated status was arriving after 30 June 2021. And when recently I remembered my item, I couldn’t find it available on the site anymore. I emailed them only to get a reply from them to refund me to store credit. Like hello? After a good more than 8 months plus of waiting, this is what I gotten and I have read that the store credit is not as straight forward to offset on the next purchase. I am going to request for my credit to refund to me via my payment method no matter what since I am not going to make another purchase from them anymore.
I stopped buying from them ever since these 3 orders took up so much of my time sending countless emails.
Please stop buying from them to save the headaches. I really don’t see such unnecessary issues from other established brands!
