I reported to CASE but they chose to ignore CASE officer too.
Please report to CASE to bring attention to CASE and placed MDS on the blacklist list to avoid more consumers getting cheated.
They acknowledge my returned goods and for other items told me that it didn't arrive due to Covid-19. BUT MDS didn't refunded me my money. They went silent on FB, Instagram and emails.
