1) Staff at city link took a photo of my IC and confirm item will be sent to the new address. First time it was sent to wrong address and waited two months for them to refund. This time it was sent to wrong address again and they want me to retrieve the parcel myself, and fault me for not updating the address where the system don't allow me to! 2) Credit card was charged and no credits in my account. 3) Email notified me that items arrived at store but it was not delivered. Made me made a wasted trip down, as if I don't have to travel. 4) Rude staff and unreliable system. 5) Clothes ordered in early of the year only delivered last month. Over promised! Super lousy service.
