MDS is obviously cheating customers as I have informed them that I have one missing skirt not received.
All they asked me to do is to provide the invoice when it does not prove that the item has been missing since they have ticked all items delivered in their invoice.
What is the purpose of me attaching the invoice to you whereby it does not constitute an evidence or proof that the item is not received.
This is not the first time I have the experiences with them as either they ticked all or using correction tape to remove one item and yet they will keep insisting that all items have been delivered.
Don’t buy their clothes as they cannot deliver the right customer service and the ethics of good paid and must be delivered.
I have already lost lot of money buying their clothes and till now missing items or items not received especially for pre-ordered items back from early month of this year 2020.
