Received their email saying that Purchase items are dispatched. Went to citylink to collect but store permanently Closed. I have no idea what happened to my purchases now! Why can’t they state in their email to customer that store at citylink has closed down and where to collect now or are they going to deliver! Very poor service.
Dropped them an email and facebook pm and as usual it is going to take ages for them to reply.
