I PREORDERED the Nadya Ruffled Jumpsuit on the 4th of February, paying upfront for it. The estimated date of arrival was somewhere in April.
I received an email stating item will be dispatched on the 19th May. Alright, it was not urgent so I will just wait for it. However, no news, no email, no update. Waited awhile, and I emailed them. They replied and said again that item is in warehouse and will be dispatched soon. Nothing. I emailed the 2nd time for a follow up and I received this email (screenshot).
Now, conveniently, they apologised and said I will be refunded, after waiting for 4 months. And even the refund is not immediate, another email stated that it will need 30 days to process. And it is PAYNOW.
To think I paid upfront for so many months to receive nothing but a terrible service from @mdscollections .
