This online store is a scam. I placed an order in April 2019 and was informed to head down to their store for collection within a week. I missed the 1 week collection period and requested for a resend. After multiple follow ups and email exchanges, I was finally told to go down to their store for collection. I went down and was told by the sales assistant that the parcel was not there. She took down my contact details and promised to check and call back. Nope, no calls. So I went back to started to email their customer service again for a few weeks and again, was told to head down to their store for collection. You guessed it right - parcel was not in the store zzz. I emailed them, threatened to complain to CASE and after 5-6 emails I GAVE UP ON THIS STORE. They used to have retail stores all around Singapore but it seems that only 3 are still operating. I rather spend my money on others who have better customer service like Love Bonito, Fayth etc.
