Extremely terrible business ethics and one who also happen to partner with a terrible and dishonest shipping company - Janio. Shop online with this merchant if you are willing to have your emails ignored (mine was not responded to for more than 3 weeks), wait months (I waited 6.5 months) or have your parcel go undelivered thereafter. Janio will send you email stating your item has been delivered when it wasn’t. When you probe, you will be rudely shocked as they will send you a “delivery proof” but with someone else’ signature. Thereafter, when you contact MDS on the above, they will tell you the courier person updated the system “wrongly”. Quality of clothes they carry aren’t great to begin with. Looking back, I would rather forgo the $60+ I spent on the dress than go through the above ordeal. Don’t waste your time. I would accord this merchant zero star if I have the option to.
