Read through the previous comments and I laughed. Exactly the same plight, except that I am STILL waiting for my orders from March (it is now October). Waiting time 4-5 months? Nope. For me, it is 7 months, and counting. I am amazed and appalled at how this shop can send promotional emails and conduct FB live EVERY Sunday, yet they do not bother sending a single email to their subscribers about the shipment delays. Stop launching products if you are not intending to deliver! When I heard news about the store closures around Singapore, I was not surprised. How to sustain a business without trust? I was a loyal fan, but I just stopped my subscription. They owe me 4-5 order fulfilment, many credits in my account, but oh well. Better late than never. Please, protect your money.
