We have been trying to contact Me and my Glass for 2-3 months regarding a significant error in our order. We were told they would look into this and now total silence. The phone number rings out and it doesn't matter how many messages or emails we send, no one will get back to us. We have looked into rectifying the error ourselves and have been told by several professionals that we would require a new piece of glass. Totally not acceptable, you need to accept you have made an error and fix this for us as we paid significant money to you for an item which is un-usable in its current state.
