“Great service from Me and My Glass for a replacement patio table top. The website was easy to use, with confirmation of my order details. The glass was delivered at the early end of the estimate by a specialist fragile goods handler. John kept me informed from start to finish. The final product looks great.”

“Extremely disappointing experience — I would NOT recommend this company. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this glass company and, based on what has happened, I would not recommend anyone ordering from them. I was initially very hesitant to place the order because of concerns I had, but I was reassured that the shower screen would be delivered in time as promised. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The shower screen was not delivered within the agreed timeframe, which meant I was unable to bring it home with me as planned and caused a great deal of inconvenience. I also paid for the required hardware, which has still not been delivered. So I have paid for an order that I still do not have in full. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication. John, the owner, has now gone quiet and is no longer responding to me.After taking payment and making promises about delivery, I find this completely unacceptable. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I would have thought twice about using this company. I am sharing my experience because I would hate for someone else to find themselves in the same situation. My advice is do not ordering from this company.”

“Me and My Glass were very helpful following my order for glass for my dressing table top. They responded to any queries I had by return email. The glass arrived promptly and packaged very securely. It fitted perfectly and was of a very high standard. I couldn't be happier with this company and would certainly recommend them.”

“Inititally from the beginning of April, i received good contact from John..i made a payment on the 14th of April for £293.12 in good faith for a replacement piece of glass for my patio table..i cannot tell you how many phone calls i have made, emails sent and how many of their online forms i have completed..i have asked for a full refund and threatened with trading standards..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..they are nothing but thieves taking money from people and then ignoring them..it is now mid August and the summer is nearly over!!..the ignorance of this company is dreadful, i will not go away until i receive my money back and court is now the only option”

“i placed an order on the 6th of January for a piece of reeded toughened glass. however after a few weeks i received a piece which was not the size i ordered and was not usable. at this point i contacted them and they said they would send a replacement in the correct size. but after over a month i had not received this new piece, and because this was for a project with a time limitation it was too late. after chasing them and waiting a long time for replies the new piece had still not arrived so they agreed to cancel my order and refund me. however this was on the 2nd of march and they have still not refunded me even after me chasing them over and over again. At this point it seems they are just waiting and hoping i forget about it so they can keep my money. I am also reporting them to trading standards. and will keep following this up until i am refunded. In short this has cost me £212.56 for a piece of glass i have not received. i have the full email chain to back this all up.”

“They duplicated the order and I'm now left with an additional table top to get rid of. Delivery driver left the order by the door so no chance to refuse the delivery. After contacting them via email and their online contact form, hoping to send the delivery back, it took 1 month for them to reply. Their phone number may as well not exist, attempted to call 11 times an no answer. The reply when I got one via email just said to smash the glass and put it in the bin. 0/5 - don't use these cowboys.”

“superbly packaged replacement stove glass. Only negative was, the courier rang the doorbell, then, instead of waiting for someone to open the door, he ran back to his van straight-away, leaving the parcel on the doorstep. Unfortuanately, that day, there was a big thunderstorm, and the parcel got soaked. Thank goodness for the excellent way the package was parcelled, the item was unharmed, although the box was soggy.”

“I have dealt with this company,on 2 separate occasions.One a replacement table top for the patio. Second was a replacement mirror for our main shower room. And from start to finish,they were great. Highly recommend them . 💯👌”

“I spoke to them on the phone to order to replace a glass bit for my coffee table. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring that I would order the right dimensions, product etc. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and it did. It was well packed and protected upon delivery and fits perfectly. Highly recommend.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY! I paid for my order and never received it. Numerous phone calls never answered. Numerous emails sent with only vague responses like 'I'll look into this' but nothing happens. Really disappointed that someone can take your money and get away without sending the goods.”

“We ordered a glass splashback, gave the measurements in mm as requested on the site. It arrived weeks later half the size it should have been. I checked the order, the dimensions were correctly given. I have tried to ring for the last 4 days since the item arrived numerous times at all times of the day. No one ever answers the phone. I left a message on the phone, I have emailed them and not received a reply. Seems they don't mind taking your money for the order, but after that, seems to be little care and attention taken. The order was not checked on despatch and the after sales is appalling. I wish we had gone with the other company we considered. The average delivery time on the website "within 5 days" is a myth. Communication channels are none existant, and queries resolved in "under an hour" is a joke.”

“Do not use this company - its been over a year now and we still have not had our full delivery of glass. They never reply. And when they do - they are not useful usually saying 'Hi - let me look into this for you'. ...Then another 4 months goes by... They have no phone number. No address. They get the order incorrect and don't tell you. Please - pay the extra somewhere else and use them.”

“Still waiting for my glass delivery, I was told it would be delivered this week, it is now Friday and no sign of it! I have also been trying to contact 'Me and My Glass' no one answers the phone, no reply to emails despite chasing daily. Project now on hold and unable to progress!!!”
