We ordered a glass splashback, gave the measurements in mm as requested on the site. It arrived weeks later half the size it should have been. I checked the order, the dimensions were correctly given. I have tried to ring for the last 4 days since the item arrived numerous times at all times of the day. No one ever answers the phone. I left a message on the phone, I have emailed them and not received a reply. Seems they don't mind taking your money for the order, but after that, seems to be little care and attention taken. The order was not checked on despatch and the after sales is appalling. I wish we had gone with the other company we considered. The average delivery time on the website "within 5 days" is a myth. Communication channels are none existant, and queries resolved in "under an hour" is a joke.

Do not use this company - its been over a year now and we still have not had our full delivery of glass. They never reply. And when they do - they are not useful usually saying 'Hi - let me look into this for you'. ...Then another 4 months goes by... They have no phone number. No address. They get the order incorrect and don't tell you. Please - pay the extra somewhere else and use them.

Still waiting for my glass delivery, I was told it would be delivered this week, it is now Friday and no sign of it! I have also been trying to contact 'Me and My Glass' no one answers the phone, no reply to emails despite chasing daily. Project now on hold and unable to progress!!!

We ordered three mirrors from this company on September 29 and paid in full. The agreed delivery date was October 17, but nothing has been delivered so far. We have tried calling many times, but no one ever answers the phone. We also sent several emails, and the few replies we received were unprofessional and did not address our concerns. The company has made no genuine effort to resolve the issue or offer compensation. We have asked for either the delivery of our mirrors or a full refund, but there has been no proper response. Overall, our experience has been extremely disappointing and the customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

I ordered an oval piece of glass for my front door with a frosted design including my house number. Having been told that it would take 2-3 weeks, we ended up receiving the glass over a month later, but that's not really the problem... Firstly the frosted/clear design was produced as blue/white version of the request, but secondly the glass is not oval; it is an oval design on a rectangular piece of glass. Completely useless! Since bringing this to the attention of the company a month ago, the only two replies that I have had are to ask me for a picture of the product that they made, and then to ask if I had wanted it frosted; which was in the order! This last contact was two weeks ago now and I keep trying to get either a refund or a correct piece of glass. It honestly feels like 'John' is an AI bot with no connection to the process, stringing me along now that they have my money. Really awful service and useless product. Use them at your peril!

I placed an order for a simple piece of glass for a garden side table in June 2025. It is now nearly September and I still have NOT recieved my glass. After several emails in July and August I recieved a response informing me the glass had been recieved and would be delivered the next week. Now in late August I have emailed again but am receiving no response from them. All in all a terrible experience with awfull customer care and quick to take money with minimal communication and no item delivered. I will continue to pursue with this and seek advice so that I either recieve the glass or a full refund.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! I couldn't have been more disappointed with this company. I placed 3 independent orders for custom cut tempered coloured glass. Firstly the orders took roughly 6 weeks to arrive. The last order was placed on the 10 July and arrived yesterday, 20 August! Then each glass was the wrong size. As these were for a cabinet the additional 4/5mm mattered. Trying to get hold of anyone to talk to is also a nightmare. Emails are responded to in 3 days!! Ridiculous customer service. My complaints were badly handled, no offer of recompense or a re-do. In the end I had to get my carpenter to widen the shelves by 5cm so that I did not waste the nearly £300 I spent with them! Use this company at you own Peril!!

Keep calling, emailing, no response I ordered glass 8 weeks ago. I've received no updates or communication regarding my order. I have also sent follow up emails that have received a delivery communication but no actual response. Seems remarkably like a company that's gone to the wall. I'll expect I'll have to claim Section 75 against the credit card

An absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered and paid for glass over 6 weeks ago. I send drawings of the measurements, then when I sent an email after 4 weeks of waiting he sent me drawings that were wrong, I suspect a delay tactics. Their customer service is absolutely shocking they don’t respond to emails. I have now repeatedly asked for the return of my money to no response. So will be taking legal action. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Order arrived but was the wrong specification (wrong size, thickness etc). Customer service absolutely awful; slow, incompetent (didn't read emails correctly and asked questions that the emails had already answered). Took many weekly emails chasing for a refund. Eventually received the refund after months of chasing. If the measure of a company is how they deal with issues then MeAndMyGlass should be avoided at all costs.

Never answer the phone called over 20 times not responding to emails asking for updates on delivery when I did get through was told I’ll sort that out and email you back guess what no email again told delivery 2 to 3 weeks been 3 weeks and still nothing won’t be using them again

Incredibly unprofessional when it comes to customer service. No replies to emails, no callbacks, no follow-ups. They were happy to take our money, and it all went downhill from there. We’ve run into massive delays due to them and I would urge you not to order from here.

I ordered from this company over two weeks ago and have not received my order. I have contacted them through their website, email, and voicemail (they dont answer the phone). They are not responding to any form of communication. They have sent a receipt of payment but not a tracking number for the item.

I ordered 4 radiator covers. 3 are the wrong size. The bars to hold them to the rads fell of when the glue got hot. Still arguing over collection for faulty goods and refund. Unfortunately this see.s to fall on deaf ears as no one knows what they are doing. Their customers service is non existence and sucks

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company I ordered a glass tabletop from this company four to five months ago, and the entire process has been a nightmare. Despite providing the correct measurements, the tabletop arrived in the wrong size and color. After reporting the issue, I was told it would be replaced, but this never happened. At first, they responded to emails and asked me to double-check the details, but after a while, they stopped replying altogether. Their customer service is shocking—absolutely no accountability or professionalism. It’s clear they are not manufacturers but likely just reselling products with no quality control. The time and energy I’ve spent trying to resolve this have been wasted. I’m reporting them to Trading Standards because their practices feel like a scam. Save yourself the headache—stay far away from this company.

We were extremely DISAPPOINTED with me and my glass. We ordered a piece of glass on 9th December. After many many e mails and phone calls on the 10th Jan we were told they couldn’t do. RECOMMEND YOU AVOID this firm. COMMUNICATION SKILLS NIL

I Agree with Lee, I believe there are very small, perhaps scam. Do not recommend, do not purchase from them. I believe all positive feedback are scam and fake I have order my shower screens 7 weeks ago, and still did not arrived . John from Me and my glass says 4 weeks lead time. They don't replay for the emails, poor customer service.
