I placed an order for a simple piece of glass for a garden side table in June 2025. It is now nearly September and I still have NOT recieved my glass.
After several emails in July and August I recieved a response informing me the glass had been recieved and would be delivered the next week.
Now in late August I have emailed again but am receiving no response from them.
All in all a terrible experience with awfull customer care and quick to take money with minimal communication and no item delivered. I will continue to pursue with this and seek advice so that I either recieve the glass or a full refund.
