"Ordered replacement glass table top for outside garden table 17th Feb and arrived 18th March (under 1m squared)\r\n\r\nWell packaged and made to specification requested. \r\n\r\nRounded edges not as rounded as I would have liked but glass fits the table and now usable again so overall satisfied.\r\n\r\nLack of emails advising of dispatch and delivery meant the order turned up on a random day without warning (thankfully I was in). No delivery note in the package either which was confusing as the item had been sent from \"Kitchen Splashbacks Ltd\" according to the courier sticker when ordered from \" Me and My Glass Ltd\"??\r\n\r\nImprovement in comms would mean a 5 star review."

"Incredibly unprofessional when it comes to customer service. No replies to emails, no callbacks, no follow-ups.\r\n\r\nThey were happy to take our money, and it all went downhill from there.\r\n\r\nWe\u2019ve run into massive delays due to them and I would urge you not to order from here."

"I ordered 4 radiator covers. 3 are the wrong size. The bars to hold them to the rads fell of when the glue got hot.\r\n\r\nStill arguing over collection for faulty goods and refund. Despite providing the correct measurements, the tabletop arrived in the wrong size and color. After reporting the issue, I was told it would be replaced, but this never happened.\r\n\r\nAt first, they responded to emails and asked me to double-check the details, but after a while, they stopped replying altogether. Their customer service is shocking\u2014absolutely no accountability or professionalism.\r\n\r\nIt\u2019s clear they are not manufacturers but likely just reselling products with no quality control. The time and energy I\u2019ve spent trying to resolve this have been wasted. I\u2019m reporting them to Trading Standards because their practices feel like a scam.\r\n\r\nSave yourself the headache\u2014stay far away from this company."
