“I ordered 4 radiator covers. 3 are the wrong size. The bars to hold them to the rads fell of when the glue got hot. Still arguing over collection for faulty goods and refund. Unfortunately this see.s to fall on deaf ears as no one knows what they are doing. Their customers service is non existence and sucks”

“Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company I ordered a glass tabletop from this company four to five months ago, and the entire process has been a nightmare. Despite providing the correct measurements, the tabletop arrived in the wrong size and color. After reporting the issue, I was told it would be replaced, but this never happened. At first, they responded to emails and asked me to double-check the details, but after a while, they stopped replying altogether. Their customer service is shocking—absolutely no accountability or professionalism. It’s clear they are not manufacturers but likely just reselling products with no quality control. The time and energy I’ve spent trying to resolve this have been wasted. I’m reporting them to Trading Standards because their practices feel like a scam. Save yourself the headache—stay far away from this company.”

“We were extremely DISAPPOINTED with me and my glass. We ordered a piece of glass on 9th December. After many many e mails and phone calls on the 10th Jan we were told they couldn’t do. RECOMMEND YOU AVOID this firm. COMMUNICATION SKILLS NIL”

“I Agree with Lee, I believe there are very small, perhaps scam. Do not recommend, do not purchase from them. I believe all positive feedback are scam and fake I have order my shower screens 7 weeks ago, and still did not arrived . John from Me and my glass says 4 weeks lead time. They don't replay for the emails, poor customer service.”

“Avoid at all cost. Items not received seller cannot provide signature of signed items, either courier has stolen or abandoned items and forged delivery. I was abroad time they say they delivered complete lie. Refusing to refund £200 paid in good faith. Avoid them you cannot trust them l am very angry”

“I don’t like giving bad reviews and I don’t give a 1 star lightly. But unfortunately the service I received from this company was very poor. There was no phone number readily available to contact the company so you have to rely on emails. The email response time was terrible, literally days to respond which was frustrating. Not only that, the time it took for manufacture and delivery was months, and even then communication was poor. When our bespoke glass shower screen arrived the parts needed to put it together weren’t sent alongside it, so this was another delay. I then had to chase this up. And when the accessories finally did arrive some of it was missing. This required more chasing and days of waiting for a response. There was no communication to update you on delivery and the whole process required a lot of time and effort from my end to find out any information. And of course any response via email took days. In hindsight, I wish I’d spent slightly more on the product with a different company. I would have gotten it faster with a lot better customer service and a lot less headache. Never again will I use this company!”

“Never responded to my online request for a quote, they claim, due to high demand, they may take 1-3 working days to respond, perhaps they should add "never" somewhere in there. No telephone number to follow up - how strange is that??!!”

“Absolute fraudsters, do not touch this company with a barge pole!!! Placed an order, Jan 28th, told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks, premade stock item, 7 weeks later nothing had been delivered, I emailed the company as they have no phone number to speak to an adviser, to be advised by the MD, John, that his team had said the adhesive for the splashback would show through the glass did I want holes for screws. I said no could I please cancel my order and get a refund, no response now from any emails and its 10 weeks down the line and John is ghosting me.”

“Very poor customer service! There is no phone number to contact them. I ordered glass on a Sunday afternoon and rope and glue and realised 10 minutes later that the rope and glue were not needed and I needed ceramic paper instead. I sent them a message on their website and over 24 hours later I got this message back from them “ Thanks for your email. Sorry but this has already been dispatched. Kind regards, John” So I have got rope and glue which is no use to me whatsoever.”

“I purchased four pieces of mirrored PVC to be face fitted onto a new warbrdobe. The reflection was incredibly distorted and unusable - completely unfit for purpose and £500 wasted. I have raised the complaint with the customer service team and they have now begun to ignore emails.”
