Absolute fraudsters, do not touch this company with a barge pole!!! Placed an order, Jan 28th, told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks, premade stock item, 7 weeks later nothing had been delivered, I emailed the company as they have no phone number to speak to an adviser, to be advised by the MD, John, that his team had said the adhesive for the splashback would show through the glass did I want holes for screws. I said no could I please cancel my order and get a refund, no response now from any emails and its 10 weeks down the line and John is ghosting me.

Very poor customer service! There is no phone number to contact them. I ordered glass on a Sunday afternoon and rope and glue and realised 10 minutes later that the rope and glue were not needed and I needed ceramic paper instead. I sent them a message on their website and over 24 hours later I got this message back from them “ Thanks for your email. Sorry but this has already been dispatched. Kind regards, John” So I have got rope and glue which is no use to me whatsoever.

Place order 1 email confirming order the nothing months down the line with emails ignored I am having to go through bank and possible legal action to retrieve my money would avoid this company will add more to review as it progresses

I purchased four pieces of mirrored PVC to be face fitted onto a new warbrdobe. The reflection was incredibly distorted and unusable - completely unfit for purpose and £500 wasted. I have raised the complaint with the customer service team and they have now begun to ignore emails.

Impossible to get in touch with - ordered and paid for glass 10 days ago and despite repeated emails no one can up date me on the status of my order. There is no phone number for them or live chat.

Worse experience I’ve ordered a piece of glass fro my kitchen and it took over a month to deliver almost two months nearly, try to contacted them through the delivery time and never replied .Any way ,after all this time got the parcel and the next thing I see the glass shredded to pieces absolutely horror and try to connect them for my issue of a broken glass of hey replied to me only once’s now stell wait for a response for a refund or a replacement but god know when that will happen !! So guys I’ll recommend to stay away from this it’s not worth it

We have been trying to contact Me and my Glass for 2-3 months regarding a significant error in our order. We were told they would look into this and now total silence. The phone number rings out and it doesn't matter how many messages or emails we send, no one will get back to us. We have looked into rectifying the error ourselves and have been told by several professionals that we would require a new piece of glass. Totally not acceptable, you need to accept you have made an error and fix this for us as we paid significant money to you for an item which is un-usable in its current state. Please respond to our calls and messages!

Item never received, enquired several times with an auto reply suggesting they would look into it but with no further correspondence. Extremely disappointing. Will be reporting to the bank to attempt to receive refund.

I ordered a Spotify plaque from me and my glass as a Christmas present and it arrived with a broken stand, an ‘x’ scratched into the glass, and half the writing in black and half in white when I requested black. As half and half wasn’t an option it’s clear it was printed in white and then a poor attempt to go back over the larger writing was made whilst the smaller writing was just left. I could not reorder a new one in time for Christmas due to the Christmas cut off being the 10th December and the original plaque arriving on the 19th. Full refund issued with a very blunt disinterested email of ‘sorry to hear that’ from customer service. Waste of time and money. Shame there is no option to add photos of damage.

A sorry story of poor management: Glass splashback ordered and paid for on 12th October with 2 week delivery cycle promised. Repeated delivery failures before finally on 10th November the company admitted the glass had been lost/ smashed. With great regret, we had to go to small claims to push for a full refund as it was not forthcoming. Very disappointing that it took this. Me and My Glass, you can and should do much better than this.

Awful service do not use! i placed an order online and they took my money. Since then I have had little contact, the order is over 8weeks old now and still not glass. they have not responded to any of my emails. and there is no phone number. do not use this company as I do not think they are fulfilling orders, but still taking peoples money. be warned

Shocking experience with this company, promised delivery, given a date, waited in all day & it never arrived, then said it will be coming this week and that the glass was ready and just needs shipping. Now got an email saying given me a refund. Complete time wasters, after waiting 6 weeks for the glass to arrive I’m still without glass and have to find some elsewhere. Wasn’t a complicate order, a square piece of garden table glass! Don’t waste your time with these idiots.
