Very poor customer service! There is no phone number to contact them.
I ordered glass on a Sunday afternoon and rope and glue and realised 10 minutes later that the rope and glue were not needed and I needed ceramic paper instead. I sent them a message on their website and over 24 hours later I got this message back from them “ Thanks for your email.
Sorry but this has already been dispatched.
Kind regards, John”
So I have got rope and glue which is no use to me whatsoever.
