The mirror is absolutely perfect - it’s an oval, bevelled mirror to replace a damaged one in an Edwardian fireplace surround, and I couldn’t find anyone else who could make it. I’ve knocked a star off for customer service because it took weeks longer than expected and I couldn’t get any delivery updates, but I would definitely use this company again if I wasn’t in a rush to receive the product. John is very helpful if you can get him on the phone, but emails take a little longer to get a response.
