I recently placed Two orders and had issues with both orders. I contacted customer service and received an immediate personal response. The representative was knowledgeable about my order; she listened to my concerns and quickly exceeded my desired resolution. As a result of their excellent (and amazingly quick) response I placed a third order. I work in customer service and I was very impressed with their desire to make a generous resolution quickly.
