First the delivery of the ordered washer gets moved, that it took almost 2 weeks until it was delivered. On top, it got delivered in the evening, which is unacceptable.
After not even 3 weeks the item is unusable and media markt already takes no responsibility anymore. The customer service reps, oh dear, everyone says something different and they are so bad!
Never will I buy anything online there again. They suck big time.
A total nightmare in all over all service. Shame on you media markt. You used to be good about a decade ago.
