“Le daría cero estrellas si pudiera. Pedí una lavadora a MediaMarkt y la pagué en su totalidad. Me dieron una fecha de entrega, pedí el día libre en el trabajo para esperar el envío y nunca llegó. Ninguna llamada. Ningún mensaje. Ninguna explicación.
Más tarde descubrí, a través de la aplicación de seguimiento de la empresa de logística, que la entrega había sido cancelada sin informarme. Esto ocurrió en más de una ocasión. MediaMarkt nunca se puso en contacto conmigo para disculparse ni para explicar lo sucedido.
Cuando finalmente logré hablar con atención al cliente, me dijeron que el producto estaba agotado. Sin embargo, esto no era cierto, ya que el mismo producto seguía disponible para comprar en su página web. En ningún momento se me ofreció una alternativa ni una solución real. En lugar de eso, recibí información contradictoria y promesas que nunca se cumplieron.
Contacté con MediaMarkt al menos cuatro o cinco veces y cada vez salía de la conversación con más confusión y frustración. Nadie supo decirme por qué se cancelaba la entrega repetidamente, quién era responsable o si mi pedido seguía activo. La empresa de logística fue igualmente poco profesional y completamente desinteresada en ayudar.
Finalmente, el pedido fue cancelado nuevamente sin previo aviso. Solo me enteré cuando recibí un correo electrónico informándome de que se me devolvería el dinero, después de haberme asegurado en varias ocasiones que el problema se resolvería.
El único aspecto positivo fue que el reembolso se realizó con rapidez. También me ofrecieron un código de descuento del 10%, pero este gesto no reflejó en absoluto el estrés, el tiempo perdido ni el día de trabajo que tuve que sacrificar por una entrega que nunca se produjo.
Además, MediaMarkt se negó a publicar esta reseña en su propia web, lo que resulta especialmente decepcionante y demuestra que son conscientes de lo deficiente que fue el servicio recibido.
He comprado en MediaMarkt en varias ocasiones en el pasado, pero esta experiencia me ha dejado muy decepcionada y agotada. No volveré a comprar allí y advertiré a amigos y familiares para que eviten MediaMarkt. La falta de cuidado, transparencia y respeto hacia un cliente que paga es profundamente decepcionante e inaceptable.”

After I told them about this, they refused to refund me and were asking me to file a police report on an item that never belonged to me. “Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von MediaMarkt. Am 19. Oktober habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die spätestens bis zum 29. Oktober geliefert werden sollte. Zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs war der Artikel auf Lager. Doch fast einen Monat später habe ich weder die Ware erhalten noch eine klare Information zum Liefertermin bekommen.
Der Kundenservice kann nicht einmal einen ungefähren Lieferzeitpunkt nennen, obwohl der Artikel auf der Webseite weiterhin als „verfügbar“ angezeigt wird. Über die Verzögerung wurde ich nicht informiert – ich habe erst davon erfahren, als ich selbst den Support kontaktiert habe.
Sehr niedriger Servicestandard, fehlende Transparenz und mangelnder Respekt gegenüber Kunden. Im Moment weiß ich nicht einmal, ob ich meine Bestellung überhaupt bekommen werde.”

“My wife and I bought a TV online through Mediamarkt Spain recently. We checked it when it was delivered and all seemed well. We erected the TV bracket onto the wall and upon removing the protective film from the screen, we discovered significant damage to the screen, rendering the TV unusable. There was no visible damage to the exterior of the box in which the TV was delivered, so we believe the TV was packaged in this damaged condition at source.We have tried to resolve the issue with Mediamarkt, however they are very unhelpful and profoundly unsympathetic. I would advise anyone against purchasing from Mediamarkt, I will certainly not be shopping with Mediamarkt in future after this unpleasant and extremely expensive experience. If I could submit no stars I would have done so.”

I have been waiting for the EUR 700 refund for a month. After I had canceled an order 3 weeks ago, they were trying to deliver it to me anyways. To deliver the order that has been canceled.
Nothing is working it this organization. I have called like 5-6 times already, went to the store. But all they do is writing some emails to someone.
It is just the shame to have such a large firm with so money people working and customer not being able to do anything.
It seems like I would need to go to police because they are not returning my money. Moreover, they don’t even give me any proof that I indeed have requested a refund.
